It’s winter on my side not enough sun and my plants are turning yellow help should I keep them away from window and add plant lights to Them !!!

At what point should I give up on these yellowing leaves? I just repotted her and I don’t want her to use resources for dying leaves if they’re not going to make it.

Just pruned all these dead leaves off my plant. I can’t tell if it’s over or under watering as there’s always brown wilting leaves every time i water ( once a week ish ). Some also break in half like the second photo. She was right against the window and since moving her farther away she seems to do better, but this still happens every week. Luckily it seems to grow quickly so the foliage is replaced but i can’t ID the problem 🧐

I’m a true amateur when it comes to fig trees, and have been struggling with this girl for a while. She started dropping leaves not long after I got her in July, and have repotted her as recently as early November. Originally had her in the living room where she didnt get much direct light, and now she resides as seen in the pictures. She hasn’t been dropping leaves as bad but they still curl and brown, and regrowth hasn’t been as strong as I had hoped. Any help and suggestions are much appreciated!

Hi plant friends! Can someone help identify what is going on with this satin pothos? It’s in a hanging planter and I’m noticing strange yellow/orangish new growth as well as dark crispy leaves. I cant think of anything different I’ve done with her so any advice is much appreciated! TIA 💕 And upon further investigation, all the discoloration/dryness is coming from a singular vine (but the vine has healthy new growth at the end). See pictures. I’m thoroughly confused.

Hi Planta peeps! Does anyone have any tips on effectively watering this white bird of paradise? The water runs straight out of the soil and doesn’t retain, and she’s been drooping for quite some time and slowly dying. She’s too big now for me to carry to the shower or put in a tray to bottom water. :(

NEED HELP! I’m not sure if I should be worried. My elephant ear leaves have these white spots and I’m not sure why.

any ideas on how to fix this? have had this palm since august 2023 with no issues and now the edges are browning/yellowing. watering once a week or so. the front of the plant, not shown, facing towards the interior of the room is not browning.

Hey y’all, my Dragon Scale Alocasia is going through it. This is the 2nd time this has happened and at first the app said it couldn’t be me over watering it, so I did was it recommended - repotted it with new dry soil, I did remove the leaves that were really bad and it seemed to work but now it’s starting again and I thought I’ve been doing a good job by making sure I wasn’t watering it too much. The yellow circle is a new symptoms and I’ve not seen before. I’m just hoping that maybe talk have seen this, is there something else I’m doing wrong or am I really just overwatering it 🥲

Hello everyone! I recently got my first Purple Heart. I’ve fertilized it as well as watered it but not sure if I should repot it. I brought it home from the store a few days ago. It’s also by a window that gets plenty of light as well. My question is, based on the picture, is there anything that should be done immediately to make sure it’s in its healthiest state? Is something up with my Jade Plant? 🥺🌱 Leaves have been shriveling up and falling off, and there’s these weird patches on the stems and leaves. Ive had this guy for months and this has been happening the whole time so I’m unsure if this is normal behavior for a Jade or if theres a fungus of some sort? The ring shaped patch on the underside of a leaf has me thinking something funky is going on. It gets watered about once a month, is under a grow light for part of the day.

Can anyone help me with my fiddle leaf fig, now that it’s winter I’m struggling to keep her happy. The leaves are turning brown as shown in the picture and falling off one by one. Not sure what’s going on, any insight would be appreciated!

Bought this gorgeous plant about two months ago. We replanted it in a slightly bigger pot. I had it outside in partial/full sun, but then bought it in and took off the dead leaves. It didn’t like it outside. I now have it in side with sun coming through the door. The existing leaves are now having this brown spotting. A few new shoots. What to do??!! I removed the stones to check the soil and it was dry. I chopped all the spotted leaves off with sharp scissors. It might need some water. Going to give it a try.

Snake plant. It’s in my sun room by a window. Is the yellowing a sign of root rot? I’ve had this for a little over 3 years. I’ve only repotted once. This pot has holes in it.

How do I save my Fiddle leaf? These brown spots have been appearing over the past two weeks after about three months of perfect growth. Roots show no signs of rot nor smell. Please and thank you for your help!

Please help. This plant started twisting, I watered it and stopped the twist then the leaves started to brown….so many of them. I don’t know what to do. I moved her and have been keeping her near the diffuser. I don’t know what to do!!!! Heeeeelp!
