Hey everyone! I need help! My monstera cutting that did INCREDIBLE this summer now seems to be giving me trouble. The bottom leaves look so droopy and the top is super strong. (I know my photo isn't good quality, today is an especially dark day. Yay autumn.) Is there anything I can do? Is there something wrong? How can I keep him alive all winter to come??

Hello I moved into a new apartment and my roommate has this sad looking monstera…any tips what to do with it/how to help it? I feel like it needs a trim but I have never pruned a monstera so idk where to start or how to do that

I pass by this plant 3-4 times a day without noticing it, only giving it any attention when time to water. Gave up on this one due to low variegation. Top cut from April, rooted and grew 5 new leaves since. Neglected but thriving

Hello All, I just read an article which said that metal mesh poles are better than plastic for Monsteras. I am thinking it would be difficult to repot/divide. Has anyone had experience with the metal mesh! TIA - much appreciated!

First new leaf of a gifted albino cutting (previously rooted in water). It has started to unfurl at less than half the size of the other two. I know they grow as they harden, but does this mean it’s unhappy in this spot?

My monstera leaf was twisted and I wondered what was going on. Then I realised a new leaf was growing so it’s probably searching for the light. Should I repot? Or wait for the leaf to grow? All my leaves are growing in different directions.

Hi I am getting ready to put my parent's house in the market and they have a beautiful big outdoor monstera. Can I take cuttings? Would love to have one at my own house. How long will just a cut leaf last in an arrangement? Sorry for the poor photo quality Also: it is VERY root bound and has sent out a lot of aerial roots into the nearby soil. What should I do with it?

Help!! Is this a normal part of the leaf sheaths drying up or is it an early stage of stem rot? I really love this monstera and don’t want it to die! The outer edges of the most brown sheath are crispy (second photo) but the stem behind it feels like the same texture as the rest of the plant. It isn’t soft or mushy, but I’m worried it might be spreading? If it is, what should I do? It’s in normal potting soil with drainage.

I have two small mints and have pushed an all white leaf. One is just barely starting a new one and it looks to be all white as well. Think they’ll make green or should I cut them back?? They’re so young. Were TCs and I think I had them in too much light.

When I first bought my monstera, this leaf had physical damage. Otherwise it’s perfectly healthy and hasn’t been given me any problem. Now the plant is maturing nicely, and putting out new, fenestrated leaves, I’m thinking about chopping this one so a new, healthier one can grow in its place. Does this sound like a good idea? Will it promote new growth? Any tips on how to prune it? Or should I leave as is?

I repotted this root bound monstera one week ago and it’s lost 4 leaves which had completely yellowed. And more are yellowing. What could be the issue? I haven’t watered it yet since the repot.

The 6 year old monstera I rescued from my work. It was in a super bright dealership show room and definitely acclimated to direct sun over the years, dry as a bone, no drainage pot but surprisingly healthy! I worked there for 5 years and I didn’t even know it was there 😢
