Hello everyone! (Pictures of the orange pot are what she looked like before. Pictures of brown pot is what she looks like now.) I can use some advice with my philodendron. I recently got her a couple of weeks ago and she needed to be repotted badly. Her roots were lifting from under the soil and even breaking the plastic pot she was in. So I repotted her and I know you’re usually supposed to go 1-2inches bigger when repotting, but the pot I got for her was 3 inches bigger than her current one. I thought since maybe her roots were so crazy, it wouldn’t be that big of a deal, but ever since I repotted her, I’m kind of regretting that. I don’t really know what’s going on, but she’s been dropping leaves like crazy, and they’re all browning. If someone can help me understand what’s going on and what I can do to help her? Is she in shock? Do I size down or would that make things worse? She’s such a beautiful plant 🙏

SOS, my neighbors left this on the porch and didn’t want it anymore… Is it too late to save? Are these pests? The Internet is not helping me, but I repotted it and it looks greener already and I don’t know if this is only sun damage or if it’s some kind of bug, but I don’t wanna put it next to my healthy plants if so! Thank you for your help in advance 💫🤧

Why does the inside of my nerogelia look like this. It use to grow new leaves from here then a flower died inside, I took the dead flower out and now just a bunch of crust remains.

I have several plants that have this coating on the top layer of dirt. I assume it’s mold? But it’s only in a few plants, not all of them. How do I get rid of this?

Not having a great day at all. Found “white stuff” last night that I thought would be the webbing with spider mites. Put my Monstera in the shower (like I’d read to do), remembered I had not taken a photo, so snapped a couple and gave her an aggressive shower. Some time since then, it occurred to me that what I saw didn’t really look like photos I’d seen. What I’d seen online was a fine web, usually reaching from one area to another. On my plant it was more like “globs” of white here and there. Very three dimensional-like they (the white areas) had height to them. This probably won’t make sense, but it was like the difference of mite webbing being like a dusting of snow and what what on my plant was more like scattered snowballs. I don’t know-I’m generally just freaking out. One of the leaves down low today was droopy and mottled yellow, but I did beat it up kind of bad with the shower head, plus I’d just watered the plant within the past couple days and then heavily watered during the shower last night. Also want to mention that there wasn’t anything last night down between the stems or petioles-just on the leaves and upper part of the petioles🤷‍♀️. Please help me out with any knowledge you have. I would be so appreciative. My head is ready to explode-haven’t had any kind of pests before. The last photo looks like much more than it was-my hands were kind of shaky. Thanks for any help

Help with my dieffenbachia! Leaves are dull aside from the new growth, placed in brighter light to see if itd help and used diluted peroxide (today) to fend off a few gnats Ive seen + any potential root rot/fungus. What else can I do to make it happy? Ive tried letting the soil dry more and watered well last night!

Anyone know why my mint leaves keep turning black? A lot have fallen off or been pruned already

Hi! My spider plant, which is around 3 years old now, is quite big and keeps growing steadily. However, every new leaf comes out with a brown tip. It also never given any baby plants. I’m thinking this is related… do you have any idea of what might be causing this? I’ve tried a couple different places but it doesn’t seem to be the light… Thanks in advance

Elephant bush keeps dropping leaves and a lot look rough. Anyone know what could be causing it? The ones that fall tend to be pretty “mushy”

Gnat Problem!! Help I’m fairly new with plants and encountering an amount of gnats in the soil of my money tree, and some fly around my room !! Any easy, budget friendly solution to prevent them and rid of the existing ones ?

Hello! I've been trying to grow my basil but it looks like it's drooping. How often should I water it? Is this a sign of too much water or not enough? It's always on the window getting direct sunlight. Should I change the pot it's in? Might it be parasites/bacteria? I would like to know what might be wrong and how I can improve taking care of it I'm new to this thank you in advance!

Help! Not sure what’s going on with the plant, ever since I brought it home from the store leaves have been drying up and falling. I repotted the plant and trimmed off some dead and weak roots. I noticed it’s getting more black streaks and it’s still drying up and dying despite regular watering. Also I noticed the perlite turns brown in this plant but my other plants don’t do that. (This isn’t where I keep the plant. Just placed it here for the pics) any help would be great. Thanks!

I recently noticed one part of my Money Tree looks like it’s dying but the other stems seem fine. Should I look into removing it or is it fine to leave? Any tips on how to help are appreciated!

Is this cystoliths on my Piper crocatum? It wasn’t there yesterday. Wipe off with my finger and feels like extremely fine granules.

Is this what I think it is? And if so please help me kill them for good. I’ve tried everything and they keep popping up on random plants.

Is this okay lighting for my money tree? I had it close to my window but the leaves were getting burnt so I now have it in the corner and tried to rotate it so the leaves would turn, however now a lot of his leaves are turning yellow and falling off! Any thoughts? (The AC in the picture is never on!)
