Seeking Advice 😊 I have this (once gorgeous) bear claw succulent. I think it’s been growing out of its container, and may have suffered a bit. Would you suggest I repot? How?

New-ish to succulents. I've had this guy for over a year. It's a fast grower. I propagated a few "arms". And it did what expected, where I cut it made new branches. This was back in May. My care hasn't changed, it's location is the same. But, for the last 2 weeks, it started dropping it's petals/leaves. Tonight I was going to do another chop/prop with the branches now "bare", but taking a closer look, it seems to be regrowing petals/leaves in the spots it dropped leaves. Is this normal?

I am at a loss of what I did wrong. I had two euphorbias in a rectangular terracotta planter. I noticed the one not looking so well several weeks ago. I put it off till today. At this point I’m not even sure if the other one is okay. Pics 2 & 3 is the one that is now in the trash. Pic 4 is my repotting of the one that is in better shape. They were getting watered every 16 days. Soil was high grit, about 80%. They were scheduled to be watered. The soil is totally dry. I just wonder if they weren’t watered enough. Or could it be something else. They were in this rectangular planter since April. Previously in separate planters. Anyone have an idea what I did wrong? I see no pests on plant or in soil. TIA.

Repotted my brother's extremely leggy succulent. She was stuck in a pot without drainage, and supposedly didn't have a name yet, so say hello to Hoyt! I'm not the most well-read on succulents, so I was wondering if anyone knew what specific type she is, and if there's anything I can do about her leggy-ness beyond finding her a better spot in direct sunlight? Any help is appreciated! 🫶

My Leafy Life
I have a Cooper's Haworthia. It has a lot of shoots. Should I separate them or is it OK to leave them attached? If they grow in the wild, I assume the shoots don't detach which makes me think it's OK to leave them. It already has roots growing between the leaves. Is that normal? There are also a lot growing from the base that are really close to the surface of the gritty mix that I use. They're not showing in the drainage holes, which is one of the ways I determine if a plant needs to be repotted. I'm planning to repot it in the same pot since it hasn't really outgrown this one but hopefully bury the roots more. I have attached a photo of the roots within the leaves and the plants page

Hey all! If you have this cactus, please post pics below. I don't know if I want to keep this shape, or if I should give it a trim when I come around to repotting it. This used to be my dad's. He didn't want to care for it anymore, so now it's in my hands. I've had it for two years now.

Thought I’d share this gorgeous girls progress! The first pic was taking August 17, 2025 and the 2nd and 3rd pics are how she’s doing today!! Repotted, watering when needed, correct amount of light all made a huge difference! Anyone know what kind of Aloe she is? I actually never thought to find out until now lol! She is in fact 3 years old and I saved her when she was 2🥰

Started seeing bruising around the base again. Root rot set after second water cycle. This is the third time I’ve taken spike in for repotting I’m the last year and a half. Plus I’ve given him less water every two weeks. Gonna cut the rot and repot again, don’t know what else to do…

Hello all! Would anyone be able to tell me why my Buddha’s temple is wilting? This is my second one and I can’t figure out why they keep dying. It’s leaning over and leaves are starting to dry out. Thanks for any advice :) Also in picture dirt is wet because it was just fertilized.

I'm new-ish with succulents. Some are doing good, but this one confuses me. Evertime I go to water there are bottom leaves shriveled. I've had it for over a year. It seems healthy. Does this mean I should water it more frequently? I wait til dry. I check the firmness/plumpness too. So, maybe averages every other week for watering.

Once I gave them the pole they've become even more vigorous in there growth I think I'm going to have to purchase another one!

I’ve had this Medusa’s head for years and years. This app helped me to know where it should be for light and when to water. After 9 forevers, it flowered!!

I'm so happy! My Whale Tail is going to be a mama! Maybe it was my great-grandson's Power Ranger that helped! Lol I've had this plant for about 4 or 5 months. I am beyond thrilled it didn't take long to produce a pup. P.S. This is actually a plant I bought for my husband. But it's in my jungle. :)
