    I would say it’s from overwatering but I’m not 100% sure.

    I believe it can happen from overwatering. It’s only supposed to put out one pair of leaves at a time. I’ve struggled with mine and stopped watering. I water very infrequently and they are finally doing better. How often do you water?

      Maybe once a month, and it’s in a very gritty mix. I can try less often, though.

    Yeah that’s not too often so maybe that’s not the problem. The soil looks good too.
