I moved and it still shows me plants from a year ago. How do I get rid of that?

Day 2 of the Southeast Plant Show was also a success! 🥳 If y’all need me, I’m going to be repotting all 27863799522 plants I bought over the past couple days. 😂

How many if you move some or all of your house plants outside for the summer? I live in Memphis where it is very hot and humid. Some do great outside. My issue are all the spiders and gnats that end up making their homes in my babies. What does everyone do about it? Just a few of my babies 💚

I need some desperate help on one of my precious monsteras. She’s been sitting in my front living room for about a year and a half. Every year during the summer I put her and my other monstera outside (this other monstera has always been larger). I went to do that this year and this happened (see scorches below). Before that I was considering repotting her to a bigger pot with more of a chunky soil mix. As soon as I saw the scorched leaves, I brought her inside and then repotted her. While repotting her, I used a brand new bag of potting soil, perlite, and orchid bark. I also fertilized her and gave her roots a nice cleaning. In the midst of this, I accidentally ripped one of the new leaves. My question is …since the scorched leaves aren’t ever going to get better, do I cut them all the way back? What about the one that I accidentally ripped? I literally don’t know what to do. Help!!

Recently started my houseplant journey. I was given this monstera which has been growing without any support and been badly pruned. I’m now now unsure what I do to fix the issue as the main stems are all over the place. Any tips would be appreciated, cheers.

Strictly speaking this is not about a plant. I thought it was pretty cool and wanted to share it. some of the crystals are sharp enough to puncture skin. Rain got into a container of 30-10-10 liquid fertilizer. It sat undisturbed for 4? years. the hollow space in the middle is where a measuring scoop was. Has anyone else seen this?

Mikel’s Plant Posse

Half way to Mexico for 4 days! Everyone who needed it got watered right b4 I left. I don’t have the kind of grow light you can program for more than the one session…so I’m hoping nobody throws a tantrum by the time I get back!🤞 East facing window, so the morning light party goes pretty hard! Any suggestions for when I return to them!?

First of all, let me catch my breath! Just frantically finished watering my entire plant posse, and packing a few things at the same time…had to run to my Lyft (who was waiting, and about to leave)! Now I’m omw to the airport (Orlando to Dallas. Dallas to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico)!!! I’m going to take TONS of local plant pics!!! Keep an eye out for some posts…🤣😋🪴

First time on the app. Thought I’d share my longest serving plant ‘planty’ who started life small enough to sit on a dresser. Been with me longer than previous relationships and has his new place in our new home I think it’s some sort of corn plant He might be due a bigger pot soon
