Recently started my houseplant journey. I was given this monstera which has been growing without any support and been badly pruned. I’m now now unsure what I do to fix the issue as the main stems are all over the place. Any tips would be appreciated, cheers.

Honestly? I’d take out all the plants, rinse the root systems, and put the two bigger ones attached to a support and move the tiniest one to its own pot

Thanks for the advice. Honestly just considering tidying up roots and keeping one big one and the small one to keep things easier

I would also make a moss pole with some spagnum moss to put the root that are growing up and outwards

Def some support would work wonders to help! The aerial roots be carefully not to trim but wrap them for support the plant needs them for oxygen regulation, don’t want to essentially cut some of it lungs off if you know what I mean, overall the leaves are huge and nicely supported without help so that’s really good. It does need more light then it was getting previously that one leaf is streeeeeeching to get to light
