Just rescued this little guy from a friend and it's not doing very well so I'm going to replant it and trim of any dead roots and leave. Would love to know what it is and the best soil and I will get a smaller pot for it once I take it out and see what size his roots are. There is 2 places on the second picture that look like new leaves are coming but I'm not sure. Thanks for any help

The rumors are true! After hearing that Walmart was carrying Thai constellations I decided to see for myself and was not disappointed. The plants were definitely not in peak condition but the prices were too good to ignore. Spotted this Alocasia, some nice ring of fire philodendrons, begonias, and more.

While watering my fern tonight, I noticed two of the new leaves had these brownish spots on the backs of their leaves. Are these some kind of spores? I’ve seen spores on the backs of some outdoor ferns, but they didn’t look like this at all. TIA!
