I have also had trouble bringing this fig back. I had to report too. Any suggestions on this fig tree? The roots still looked good too.

    Just keep watering like normal and good light.

    The stems look like they still have life in them. You could trim the two side stems a little but not necessarily. Be careful with watering. Because there are no leaves there's less moisture being drawn up by the roots. A little fertilizer could help as well. Something with a little more nitrogen for leaf development or an all purpose like 10-10-10 or 12-12-12.

    Def give it better light, right in front of a window, shorten the branches a little and wait to water until it dries almost out then just sit and wait 🫶🏼
