So I have a technology question about the app. This past year I have moved and now live in two locations across the country to be near both of my children. I want to have plants in my apartments in both locations. Is there any way to have the app know I live in two locations with plants in each? It would be nice but if the only option is to buy the app a second time I will just settle on one location. Thanks for any suggestions!!

Good morning from Maryland! I wanted to share a Before & After of my Heart 💚 Hoya. Thank you for your advice on getting a trellis. I also ended up repotting. Funny thing: almost every morning I have to retrain her AWAY from my mother in-law’s Christmas cactus! I guess she’s found a friend… I’ll move her further away.

Can ya'll please help me to identify this beautiful baby?? When I got it, I thought it was a Hawaiian Pothos, but when it started to thrive while propagating I noticed the leaves starting to split? Is it an Amydrium?? I just finally potted it yesterday 🥰

Hey y’all I’m super happy I just purchased Denise on the 16th of April. OMG she is thriving so good the leaves are the size of my hand now in certain spots 😊😊

Does anyone know if there is a way to add an extra upkeep item into the app? I spray some of my plants with a neem oil & water solution every ten days or so and I'd like to add it into the care section but don't see a way how to add custom items...

Well… not so fast. 🧪 The Science Behind It: Plants do rely on sugar (specifically glucose) for energy—but they don’t get it from the soil. They produce it themselves through photosynthesis, a process where they turn sunlight, water, and carbon dioxide into food. Basically, they’re self-sufficient chefs. So when you add sugar to the soil, you’re not feeding your plant—you’re feeding the wrong crowd. 🦠 What Actually Happens: * Sugar might encourage fungal and bacterial overgrowth. * This can lead to mold, smelly soil, and root suffocation. * It might also disrupt the healthy soil microbiome, which plants rely on for nutrient uptake. 💚 What actually helps plants grow well is optimal growing conditions. Different plants are adapted to different environments, so instead make sure it receives optimal conditions in terms of: * Light * Watering * Nutrient availability * Soil type And put the sugar in your coffee / tea instead ☕️

So I've had this moonshine snake plant well this'll be third summer. So happy, tons of pups over the years. I last separated her in March. I noticed today - flowering 🙃. Hopefully she's not dying but I fear the worst.

I need some help! I have plant varieties that aren’t on Planta but I want to set up a schedule for them…I tried to add their species and specifications like there’s an option to, but still nothing. Has anyone had any luck with this yet or have any advice?
