Help! I am following planta’s watering schedule, but it seems it’s not getting enough water. The roots are also growing out the bottoms of the pot a little. Do you think I need to repot it? (Also, when a new flower grows, it immediately turns green, not white. It then turns brown. Is there a reason for this?)

What am I doing wrong with these plants? The prayer plant I ordered online about a month ago and showed up in rough shape to begin with. The philodendron was doing good when I first got it in September.

Why is my watermelon pepermonia dying? I get new growth, but then it either shrivels up and dies or the stem dies.

hello! for winter i have to relocate my plants and they always seem to wilt away when this happens but my pink panther plant is worrying me! there is significantly less light here which i am sure is hurting it. the first picture is how it looked before moving it and the last 3 are how it looks now. it almost feels like it isn’t attached to the soil anymore which has me really concerned. any ideas on what i can do?

Hi all very new to this community and this app. I bought this plant like 2 years ago it seems fine and I was watering very unregularly but now started to get more into plants and this is my current situation with this one. Please let me know your expert advice on how to save it

I have been using this app for 2 years and just found out today that my Calathea is sensitive to lime in water. It was purchased from a nursery last year and was so beautiful. Slowly it started having dried up and curled leaves. I kept treating it with a fungicide, watering and fertilizing on schedule. It finally got down to one leaf and I almost threw it away, but I kept watering and feeding. Lo, and behold it started growing again and the leaves are big. I see the dreaded dry and curled leaf starting again and believe it’s lime from the water. John, my plant, will be getting distilled water from now on.

Any tips for reviving half dead satin Pothos?! I got one at Lowe’s and she is stunning but now rotting in my corner 😭 I thought it was dying due to low light and overwatering but I’ve had a grow light on it for weeks and the soil still has not dried out. I need all the help I can get!

Hi! Does anyone know why my rattlesnake plant is doing this? The soil of the plant has almost a white film mossy coat on parts of it. Thanks. :)

Oddly my plant Iris has been only growing new leaves that are white for the past 2 years. I kinda ignored it just because of how pretty the variation looks, but now I’m getting concerned just because of the connection with chloroplast and the green in leaves with sun intake. Is this normal? it seems to be growing fine, but definitely strange!

Hi everyone! I wanted to get some input as to what’s going on with my Chinese evergreen. I got it about a month ago. As soon as I brought it home, a few leaves turned yellow, one leave it getting brown spots and the new growth is “crunchy” . Any ideas what may be happening?

My Frosty Fern is drooping! I don't know what to do with it, I watered it 2 days ago and it hasn't popped up yet... I know it isn't overwatered, I might not have watered it enough when I did. Does somebody know how to help fix/save my plant? :(

Hi all! I’ve had a fungus gnat problem in my house for a while now…6 months or so, and I think my plants may be harboring the larvae. They’ve decreased a bit with winter but are still bothersome. Has anyone tried Diatomaceous Earth (DE) on their plants to combat this problem? I want to try it but don’t want to damage my plants. Any tips on how to use it? I’ve seen people talking about putting it on top of the soil. Have also tried the ACV trap method for fungus gnats, and it didn’t really work!

Hello! If anyone could help me diagnose my Thai con monstera! The older smaller leaves have started to turn yellow and form these small black spots on the leaves. I’m currently watering every 2-3 weeks when the soil runs dry and I have it on a scheduled grow light everyday. Not sure if I should repot or what to do with this guy.
