Is this transplant shock? I received my syngonium in a clear plastic pot about 3 weeks ago, and noticed within a few days that the largest root was rotting. I took care of that and repot it into better draining soil/this pot yesterday. The roots were growing back nicely but I woke up to it all droopy. Any advice?

Hey! Are these types of shoots normal on a peperomia hope? A couple weeks ago I moved it to a much brighter spot and I hope that this is a positive sign lol

Hey I recently propagated by umbrella tree. The new leaves have these brown spots! What is it a fungus? What should I do?

Hello! I’m pretty new to plants and have a bit of a problem. I recently received this succulent from my boyfriend. As you can see it’s clearly gotten way too big and can no longer support itself. Would it be alright to chop this at some point on its stem and replant it? Any help with this would be appreciated!!

Hello, I have a variegated umbrella tray and I got her last week repotted her with while draining soil and gave her a small watering. I’m not sure what the company used on her leaves, but it has this flaky residue on all of them, not sure if it was just a protectant for the shipping. Today I noticed she had a lot of fall, unsure if this is just a normal cycle that happens after shipment or if there’s something else I need to be doing.

YOU GUYS. WHY IS IT SO HARD TO LOVE A FERN. What do I even do. This cloche was supposed to save this ho and now it’s down to nothing. Our AC went out this week and it got so dang hot here in Colorado and it killed my nerve plant and now look at this dang fern. What do I do? 😩

I need some advice. I’m a fairly new plant parent so bear with me. I have an infestation of thrips, spider mites and some sort of bacteria or fungus infection. I’m not sure exactly how I should handle this. Does anyone know if neem max spray (70% neem) is helpful? Can I spray anything on the roots to sterilize them when I re pot? I’m going to take them out of there pot and shower them before I re pot. Can I use dawn dish soap on the plant? I’m transplanting to semi hydro. I’m so overwhelmed! We bought some plants about a month ago and they must have been infected. Any advice on the steps I should take would be so appreciated. My plants make me so happy and I can’t stand that they are all suffering. Thanks! Yesterday, most of these holes weren’t here. It happened overnight. It was that fast. I also have what looks like webbing on the pothos in the morning when I got up.

I have a money tree that I have been struggling with for a long time now. I think the initial problem was overwatering but despite replanting it and buying a light and water meter it is still not doing well. The leaves get a mottled color (kind of green/yellow) and then just eventually yellow and fall off. I have not been watering until the meter is between 1-3. This has been going on (off and on) for about a year. Right when I think it is doing better it starts up again. It is in a north facing window with early morning indirect sun. Ph is 6.0

My Dragon Tree has some very sad leaves lately. At first I thought he was being over-watered so I’ve left a few more days between watering to make sure his soil was drying out. The leaves are droopy no matter the water amount. Any ideas?? I also had a fungus gnat issue which is now clearing up with the non-watering and sticky traps - but he was droopy before this

Hey guys! My Birkin keeps making me feel like a terrible plant mom! She started to get some white spots on some leaves, and now, one of her leaves is starting to get yellow. I wonder if it’s root rot, but she’s getting 2 new leaves which I don’t know what it means: is she healthy or not?

Hi guys! Can someone help me out here with this monstera. The edges are becoming yellow and the leaves are much lighter green than expected. Is it a nitrogen deficiency or some type of variation? Leaves seem rather large too for an adansonii? Thanks!

We need HELP!!! First our mint, now our coleus, the gnats are crazy!!! And this is while they are INDOORS!!!!! We had our window planter with our mint inside and it got very bad with gnats. We repotted them with completely new soil and pots TWICE and they just kept coming back. So we put them outside and they seem to be doing better all around. We sometimes see a few gnats on their soil but compared to how many there were inside we are thankful it’s just a few. It’s been about 1-2 months since we put them outside, and all of our inside plants have been fine!!! UNTIL NOW. We have a beautiful lush coleus on our new plant stand (same location where the mint was) and now it is INFESTED. We even have a sticky trap on it which picks up about 5-10 a day, but the soil is still COVERED in them!!! We moved them outside, but I am just so worried this will keep happening. And this specific coleus does not like being outside, she automatically starts wilting. I am trying to dry her soil out because I know they like moisture (she’s been outside for a day and a half now and she is still pretty infested), hopefully she will be okay. Also thinking about repotting and changing soil. Any suggestions would be GREAT as we are fairly new to plants and gardening 🥲

My prayer plant was really happy when I first got it, I haven’t changed anything but its leaves are yellowing and getting crispy. I thought it was overwatered so I’ve been letting it dry out the soil and just misting the leaves but it’s getting worse. I’ve removed 3 leaves already. Help!
