Could be from overwatering it. Do you wait until the soil is bone dry before you water it? Does the pot it’s in have drainage holes?
0 LikesI water it according to the Planta schedule. I don’t really check the soil before watering . The planter does have drainage holes.
0 LikesI always check the soil, if it still feels wet/moist in the top inch or two, then I snooze the Planta watering task. The Planta has a recommended schedule, and you also have to check the soil.

2 LikesI normally water it according to the Planta schedule.
0 LikesPlanta is a wonderful guide, but can’t account for everything in our environment. Since it seems to be struggling, I would suggest that you verify the dirt is fully dry before watering again from now on. You can set a custom watering schedule on Planta once you figure out the correct frequency. Eatyacarbs is correct, it’s an Elephant bush, commonly confused with Jade. I can’t check your profile since it’s set to private, but make sure you have all the criteria correctly filled out for this plant. Often people have left off details which will mess up the watering schedule. If you have it listed as a jade, change that as well. Although jade needs less water than elephant bush so I don’t think that’s the issue. Glazed porcelain holds in a lot of moisture so that could cause overwatering as well.
5 LikesCompletely agree with @succulent mama here. If you want to prevent overwatering, repot it in a Terra cotta pot and bottom water it when the soil is bone dry. If you’re looking for soil brands if you’re new to repotting, please avoid Miracle Grow. It contains too much peat and stays moist for too long, especially in humid climates, and will only worsen your plant’s health. I use Espoma’s Organic Cactus and Succulent mix, and it has never failed me. Hope this helps!
