Help!! 🥲 I repotted this Monstera from my work (car dealership that’s basically a giant sunroom, it’s the owners monstera) on Sept 15. It was extremely rootbound and bone dry in a pot with no drainage. The roots looked firm/healthy with no obvious rot, i removed most-ish? of the old soil, soaked the root ball, and repotted it into a 12” clear pot with drainage and a much airier mix (same width as old pot but deeper) A week later it started yellowing (probably sooner but I didn’t know till yesterday) At first it was older leaves, but now some larger/more mature leaves are yellowing too, and I just noticed nearly every remaining green leaf has at least some yellowing at the tips/edges. Two leaves went completely yellow and were removed yesterday, and two more have yellowed very quickly today. I ended up bringing it home so I can monitor it more closely. It’s now in my bright sunroom with natural light + grow lights, in the clear pot so I can watch the moisture/root zone. I’ve also added a couple side ventilation holes and a fan for gentle airflow. The lower mix is still holding quite a bit of moisture, so I haven’t watered again. Does this still sound like transplant shock from being severely rootbound for so long? Photos show the repot and yellowing progression (idk why the pic makes the old pot look bigger than the new)

Haaalp my money tree is acting weird and I truly can’t figure out if it has too much light, water, or too little light. It’s kinda deep in a basement so it has a grow light but I think the burning on the leaves is bc there too much light so idk what to do. Anything helps sorry if it’s obvious but I can normally diagnose my plants bc I suspect there spot is the problem but here idk what it could be.

So I had a plant I was worried had spider mites. I isolated it and of the ones in proximity to it. They’ve been isolated since early August. When are they safe to reintroduce to my collection of 60+ plants? I don’t see signs of pests currently, but there seemed to be some geometric webbing on one of the secondary plants in mid August. Haven’t seen anything else since.

Hello yall. I’ve had this girl a couple of months and she’s stunted a lot.. and the leafs have started to brown a lot!! It doesn’t get that much sun to brown like this.. what do I do ?

Any idea what happened to my Frizzle Sizzle? I brought it home and it looked completely normal. I watered it and put it under a grow light, and now it’s droopy and browning.

Are these spot normal? This is my first bird of paradise

What’s wrong with my pilea? My previous pilea died after looking like this. I don’t believe it to be overwatered and I have tried fungicide and it also has bonide in it. The leaves are turning yellow, some have black spots and many have alr fallen off.

First time owning a peacock plant (also first year taking care of indoor plants) Theres lot of browning leaves on the older leaves that were grown when I bought it from my local Ace hardware. They seem to be very droopy too. Theres also a lot of sap underneath all leaves. Anything I should be worried about? Tips? Or is it looking OK? Thanks for the help!

ever since i found this pest schedule on tiktok from Licia’s Leaves my pests are GONE. as someone with over 100 plants i’ve been looking for a simplified pest schedule and this works great. it’s the time of year for me when my plants start to be moved inside from my front patio, this schedule has wiped out mealy, mites, and gnats for me.

hey yall. I have a good amount of indoor plants and some of them are really struggling with fungal gnats I’ve tried the neem oil spray and it seems to not be working! I also use sticky traps which gets a lot of them but they’re still everywhere.. what’s the best solution to my problem🥴TIA🫶🏼

How do I get more variegated leaves on my syngonium?

I have 4 indoor plants and am seeing gnats for the first time. I bought the tacky cut outs and they seem to be working at trapping the gnats. Any other suggestions?

Help My crown of thorn may or may not be fully gone but I’d like to give her one last try. This is symptom of severe dryness and then severe water rot… Should I cut anything off the help her? Or simply put in a small pot. Should I let her dry out like you do with succulent props? She just lost all of her leaves, she hasn’t been like this toooo long. ☹️

One of my cissus Ellen Danica plants (oak leaf ivy) has been struggling for some time. I have repotted and given plenty of sun, water and liquid fertiliser – conditions in which my others thrive. This app suggests that common pests include Mealy bugs, thrips or spider mites. Anyone else have this problem?
