Hello yall. I’ve had this girl a couple of months and she’s stunted a lot.. and the leafs have started to brown a lot!! It doesn’t get that much sun to brown like this.. what do I do ?

    Have you checked for mites or other pests? How is the soil when you water? If it’s not pests I would suggest increasing watering. Monstera are also tropical plants and like higher humidity. Especially if this plant came from a shop or someone’s home where the humidity was higher it could be missing the moisture and misting every day or two could help.

    Well guess I’m adding to the confusion because my best guess is overwatering. Check the roots. Monsteras need well draining soil and to dry out quite a bit between waterings. If you’re sure it’s not, then maybe fungal or pests. It also helps the soil dry out better if you pot them higher in the planter. Your plant is so deep into the planter that there is very little air circulation reaching the soil surface, unless you have a fan running.

    How do the brown spots feel? Crispy or more soft and limp?

    If the spots are soft and limp I would check the roots for rot immediately
