Albert the Albo wanted to greet everyone here and beg for the best guidance for me from y’all! When should I move him up from the 2 inch pot? Should I do 2 to 3 or 2 to 4? I really do not want to rush but I do not want to take any chance of losing him.
Is it possible to revive this Monstera? If not I’m just going to throw it out if there is no more hope.
I rescued my first Monstera at a STEAL from a big box store since she was in bad shape - looking for general care tips and advice so she can grow big and strong! I brought her home on Friday and a new leaf has opened right up, planning to repot in a better draining soil mix tomorrow to see if we can remedy those brown spots for her next new leaf. I am SO in love already!!
I’m having a hard time with my monstera. She’s in a 12inch pot, repotted last spring. There are roots everywhere and the soil is so packed/dense. Do I repot to a 14”? I’m dreading it, because last time I had to completely cut the planter off the soil/roots. Any suggestions to make repotting easier with such a big plant? Also my bottom leaves are yellowing and I’m getting nervous I’m going to lose the whole thing!
Help! I recently discovered what appears to be scale on my San Pedro cactus, which I keep in my bedroom along with my Monstera. I decided to look over the monstera as well and found these patches- are these scale, too??

big Big BIG updates! My Deliciosa with root rot has put out a good aerial root, my cutting is putting out even more, and my big boy is putting out a new leaf just like I thought!! I sometimes worry I’m not doing enough but then I see these encouraging things and it makes the patience pay off!

This is Bert, I’ve had him for 3.5 years now (added a pic from the first day I got him!) he has had impressive growth but has been sat by a cold window without any beam support until I recently moved house, repotted and added some beams. Because of his lack of support he has naturally grown a bit tangled, and the only way I could attach him to the beams was to add two. Does anyone have any tips for healthy growth going forward to help his tangling?
I was wondering if i should repot my thai con as some of the roots are beginning to wander out of the pot, or just leave it be for now. The last new leaf it has was from early January and hasn't grown much since then aside from the roots.
To crop or not to crop it… Hi friends, I’ve been growing my Monstera for over 4 years now and I am finally getting fenestration, but the bottom part of it didn’t grow with the correct support and is now all crooked and ugly… I am tempted to propagate it, but super scared to kill it. What should I do, please?
How can I help this monstera come back to life? I was given her by a friend about two months ago and she hasn’t don’t anything besides that small new shoot but that was like a month ago and stopped 😅
