I have about 4” baby cactuses (started last year), and my mature cactus plant that stays right next to the pot edge. The other plant in the larger pot went to cactus heaven quite awhile back. I’d like to repot and combine these at some point. What recommendations do you have regarding this? Thanks for your help. 🪴

Hi, it’s my first time trying to grow avocados from seed. I have two seeds in water, I have found instructions how to sprout avocados in water. But one of them has Cracks in it, the other one looks kind of shriveled up.

I was gifted two Spiderettes by my employer. I was informed that they are very easy to propagate, and she told me how she does it. I have followed her steps to the letter, and it’s been about 3 weeks. They do have tiny little roots, but they’re also starting to turn brown on some of their leaves. What am I doing wrong? I’ve never propagated a plant before and I’m worried I’m killing these babies before they can start!

Seeing a couple new roots coming out the bottom. This is a nursery pot though and I’ve had her maybe a month now. It’s a Pothos. Should I repot or is this okay? I’m totally new to this and she’s one of the 2 first plants I’ve ever had.

Help! I am a newbie plant parent (my first plant isn’t even a month old) but I’m already hooked. I’m thinking about planting a window box with flower seeds to grow on my patio, but I’ve never grown flowers from seed before. I like the idea of bluebonnets (my partner is from Texas). Any suggestions or tips for successfully growing bluebonnets from seed in zone 7?

I may have just wasted $10, but I couldn’t let this go and not try to save it. I rescued this mini monstera from Walmart. She’s rough. My theory is that wherever she was stored wasn’t climate controlled because we just had a massive cold snap in MN. So, I speculate (and I definitely could be wrong - please let me know if I am!) that she has cold burn and those leaves won’t recover. I am interested in propagating the healthy-ish leaves and starting over because I fear she’s just too far gone. Should I propagate and start over? Where do I cut if I do?

So even though I’m pretty good with plants I apparently suck at growing corms they keep rotting on me . What are your best tips for me ? I read up on it before I tried & it seemed so easy one site said they were hard to rot but somehow I keep doing it no matter the method . Ty

Are these healthy plant roots I am very worried rn I just checked on them bc there was rot on the Pothos that was in there with it and I just replaced all the water and stuff earlier this week added indoor fertilizer and powder hormone with some aloe as well now I’m scared again

I am trying to propagate a Chinese Evergreen, called Etta Rose, or scientifically speaking, I think it’s an Aglaonema commutation. I found this in my doctor’s office and they were going to get rid of it the next day so I just lopped off a 🦷 no apparent nodes are doing nothing but staying alive with their pretty leaves. The other cutting has a bit of a stem with the leaf attached to it and I think there’s a node above it. Right below that stem there appears to be a little teeny white root poking out of the stem (see picture). I have absolutely no idea what I’m doing. I have rooted philodendrons successfully for years, but this is different, I think. HELP! In the water I have put a drop of organic fertilizer and a drop of something called Fish Guts which is supposed to help rooting. Any info would be greatly appreciated. I would be happier than a pig in doodoo if I could get a plant out of this. She is so pretty. THX in advance.🪴🌺🪴
