Repotted! Plenty of space for the teensy baby squidwards and the increasingly giant Squidward Prime

Any tips on caring for a Christmas cactus? I got it for Christmas and it was full of buds but only two bloomed and the rest fell off and one of the stems fell off as well. :(

Don’t give up on your succulents! First pic is from Dec 19th. All of the roots detached. I removed all of the dead leaves, got down to where the roots were growing, and replanted in cactus soil. Now less than a month later, the roots are long and healthy. I'm amazed!

Hello! Got my cactus about 4 months ago everything seems to be going good! I’m still unsure about what type of cactus it is, and was wondering if anyone could help me identify it. I’m also a little unsure about watering, as I’ve been doing it every 2 weeks as it is placed in a big window that has lots of sun (Florida) that comes through and the soil seems to be dry. Thank you!😊

Soooo, I’m wondering if someone can tell me what’s wrong with my prickly pear if there is anything wrong with it. I got the original cutting (the biggest bottom piece in the middle that is rooted) on June 4th. I’ll post what it looked like when I first got it and put it into dirt. As you can see, it has done really well as far as growth. It’s grown 3 new lobes and seemed to be doing really well! I guess my main concern is how droopy looking the lobes look. Is that meaning there is something wrong? Are are they maybe too heavy to support themselves? Any and all feedback would be soooo much appreciated! I really want to keep this plant alive so I can get another one (of different variety) so I can try to get them to produce fruit!

Im worried about my zebra plant, but at the same time I’m not, the brown spots at the bottom concern me, but the light green ones at the top kind of look like new growth, but I could be totally wrong, so I’m wondering if it’s ok.

I got this succulent off amazon, maybe regretting it. It has kind of a white film look on it. What is it? Do I need to keep it away from my others? I don’t see any mites. Otherwise appears mostly healthy.

I have several Aeonium Kiwi and they are all currently green instead of yellow I have them under grow lights so I'm wondering what I'm doing wrong. They were such a pretty yellow when I first got them. I live in IL but the succulents are under grow lights The underside of the leaves also seem to have variable brown marks on them. I'm wondering if that's due to bugs. Some of the leaves looked so bad I removed most of the bad leaves and am going to repot. Thanks!

Hi everyone! I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out what type of plant is this on the left? I got them from my great aunt on Christmas and have no clue what I’m doing 😅!

What’s this little flower thing? It looks like it’s growing a few flower heads… I can get a different angle picture if wanted.

(Writing this post made me itchy.) I recently watched a clip that deals with mold in columnar cactus. The guy showed an example of Peruvian Apple cuttings done with non-sanitized knife. From underneath, black mold outlined the ribs to resemble a black star. I rolled my eyes and glanced over at the re-homing project I did a few months ago. I beefed it up, but mistakes are the only way I learn big lessons. If the task were “get this plant to root,” mission accomplished. I cut the top ten inches off the dying father (Mando The First), potted, and look at these roots! I used an antique saw to cut this. Last month, little spots of mold appeared on some spines. I sprayed it a few times like it was do or die - which it was. The plant had other unidentifiable issues, though. Last straw was last night’s full-on submersion/bottom watering. What are those white specks? It could be pearlite or sand or dust. Hey, I cleaned those off and more appeared ten minutes later. He was full of eggs (Mealy Bugs, right?) Now I know who keeps passing those eggs around. Who “kept.” I initially repotted, left him out for a night, but I am also, like, worried about my and my dogs’ health, you know? Throwing this one out sucked so much, but $15 is a good price to learn a super valuable lesson on “Dude, follow SOME of the rules.” He goes to the landfill to join his other 20 friends who didn’t make it. I wonder what would happen if I made tea out of this. Would I turn into semi-conscious mold?

Does anyone know the names of these succulents? I've had them for over a year but want to know them better. (They recently got new pots that are not the ones in the photos for better drainage and they get plenty of light, were watered after these photos i love them)
