This is my string of pearls that I had revived twice and I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions with potting? I don’t think the roots are long enough for the pot it’s in and I’m afraid the soil will get to moist and give it root rot again but I can’t put it in a smaller pot or else it gets to crowded.

Hi Everyone, Inherited this cactus moving into a new apartment that was severely under watered. I repotted the plant and have started to water it regularly but have yet to see a few improvements which I hoped would come after a little tlc. The leaves towards the bottom are clearly dehydrated and the base of the plant is discolored. Any ideas what I can do to salvage this plant. I figured pruning the bottom leafs would be a good start but how would I heal the base of the plant ? At the top of a plant there is a new leaf budding so I am hopeful there is still a future for this plant.

Recently repotted my Haworthia & the new pups are growing nicely! Kinda like how full it looks but also debating on separating them, what would you do? 😇

I live in Central Texas, where it is very hot right now (high 90s, 100s). Can this guy tolerate that kind of heat and a couple hours of direct sun, or should I keep it inside?

Help!!! I was given this plant to rejuvenate! What is it??? Every search I’ve come up with says dragon fruit but I really don’t think it looks like a dragon fruit with the shape and shortness of each segment.

Can someone please tell me what this plant is!! I’ve had her for a while now, but i feel like she’s not at her full potential. and i wanna make sure i’m taking care of her properly. As of the past couple of months, i’ve been treating her like a the other succulent in the pot. (which is a ‘Sempervivum arachnoideum’ or Cobweb Houseleek.. supposedly)

Seeking a few tips, i have a few succulents that were getting rot so i cut and let them callous over to propagate them; however it’s been 2 weeks now and they’re not growing roots and they’re instead shriveling from the top toward the callous. I’ve seen water propagating and also plate propagating, i’m currently plate propagating but i’m getting no results. Specifically i have a stalk of elephant bush and a few bear paws of varying sizes

I’ve grown this desert rose bonsai from seeds but it’s grown very skinny tall and leggy with no branches. Would it be safe to prune the tall plant somewhere closer to the bottom of the base or better to prune more in the middle/ top? It’s always been indoors living in an apartment but now that I moved to a place with a yard thinking about placing it outside as well. Any tips appreciated, thank you :)

Question about my Sedum adolphi “shooting stars”: These have been growing well indoors under a grow light. Lately I’ve been seeing some fuzzy/frosty growth on a few of the leaf tips. Any idea what this is? Is it a sign of trouble? Thanks!

Help! Last time I watered it was last week. Several weeks before that all the little leaves fell off but recently new leaves are growing. I really want to take of it as much I can and not let it die. Looking for any new ideas in what else I can do so it can flourished beautifully. Plant: Elephant Bush

So I posted these before..but I also ordered seeds, 25 came with the new ones I got the other day, and today these beauties arrived…I was shocked..I ordered a seed kit for $8.99 and it was supposed to come with 1 seedling as a bonus, and it came with 7! If you didn’t see my previous post scroll down in this group and you’ll see it the seller is from amazon! The color on these is just insane.

Does anyone know what kind of plant this is? My Planta app scans is as a flaming katy, but I don’t think that’s right. Maybe some kind of jade plant? Would love some help identifying her :)

I’m historically bad a succulents… but with the help from planta, a moisture meter, and lots of hard work it seems to have paid off. Propagations were ready to be planted and I resuscitated my grandmas mixed succulent pot so I repotted almost everything today… have some new propagation hopefuls.
