I need help identifying this cactus. Thanks ☺️
Good morning, I woke up to these beautiful flowers….😊.
what is this plant and what am i doing wrong 😟
HELP!! Hi! How do you repot a succulent. They are so delicate. I seem to mess up. I had one that had some root rot so I took it out. The pot it was in had no drainage hole. I dried it (not much of a root system). I have a soil mixture of sand, succulent potting soil, and chunky soil and perlite. I’m determined to learn how to take care of succulents so they will thrive. I have lots of other plants but succulents must not like me. Also how do you propagate them. Any advice would be great. Thanks!!
Plant haulll!!! Found these leaves on the ground with babies!!! Can’t wait to propagate.
Jade plant dropping leaves. Hey all, does this jade plant look overwatered? It’s in a 2 inch pot and in a west facing window. Planta AI says 32% chance it’s overwatered. I let it dry out completely and wait past then to water it. The leaves are drying up and dropping regularly.
Good morning, I usually get a couple flowers every year with my Domino cactus , but it looks like I’ll get three this year with a possibility of a fourth!!!! I’m so tickled !!!🤗
First time I’ve gotten a succulent leaf to grow something I’m so excited!!!
Is my fairy castle cactus healthy?
The SADDEST thing happened to my monkey tail cactus today. Right when I was about to give him a progress update photo. Found him like this. So sad... I guess I'll let the broken top callus over and try to root him up then repot both ends together. Anyone know if a break on this juvenile of a monkey tail will stunt it's future growth?
I’ve been wanting a good cactus that grows pretty big, so I can put it on my shelf. But it needs to be low light. Please comment any suggestions! TIA!
I have SOpearls variegata, relatively small (in a 2" diameter pot lol, tiny!) and i last watered it about two and a half weeks ago. the soil is not damp, but the pearls are still pretty firm when i give them a bit of a pinch. some of them have more give than others. should i water? or do i keep waiting?
Hi! Ive had this cactus for almost 6 months now and it started off super small at about 3 inches and now it looks like this. Ive had it under a grow light (4 of them at one point) so im not sure if it’s elongated from lack of light or another problem. Ive been considering cutting the extended part off but im not sure what kind of cactus it is so im not sure if this is normal…looking for some advice :)
I couldn't remember if August or September is the month that Home Depot - historically since 2019, anyway - gets in some gems, particularly Haworthia. The answer is August. I had to walk away from some things. The articulata is a little rough, but ¡Ay! the size of the clump.
Can somebody tell me what is happening? The leaves, one by one, spiraling from the bottom, are drying up wilting and falling off. I read this is usually a sign of under watering as the plant is reclaiming the water stored in the leaves? The substrate i am using is very dry cactus and succulent soil but my crib is dry so the soil is dry literally within 2-3 days. Does anybody know for sure how to fix this and if i should change the soil? Thank you guys ❤️💚
I’ve had this plant for a couple months, im not 100% sure what it is. When i got it it was already a little unstable due to its size. However it’s gotten more unstable, its leaves have started to die at the bottom and the two longer stems coming off the top have started to wilt and even turn brown. Should i be concerned/what should i do?
Beautiful bloom this morning on my Domino Cactus.
Y’all… I got this red succulent and it came green out of the box. I read that the leaves can fade due to inadequate light, but it’s been getting good light for about a week now in front of my west facing window. This is bs or should I get the grow light out?? Anyone have experience with multicolored succulents?..maybe I’m an inpatient plant parent🤷🏼♂️
What the heck is this pinkish thing … never seen any of my cactuses grow this … it’s an old dead flower at the end
