Can this even be saved? I got this plant for free off FB along with few others because she couldnât care for it anymore i suppose. Before pickup she told me it needs some TLC, itâs a sharktooth cactus, and itâs been underwatered. I picked it up and saw some sorts of webbing on it. I wasnât sure if it was spiderwebs from being outside or spider mites, so I treated it like the latter, gave it a good rinsing down and sprayed it with neem oil. itâs quarantined now. the other ones too, but in a different spot since they had no trace of any pests but i treated them to be safe and they are also quarantined. I trimmed back a LOT of dead leaves. Pics are the webs + before, and then what I managed to salvage. Is it worth it? Itâs a beautiful plant with new growth despite all the mess. advice on moving forward? the stem in the middle is still tall and beautiful, others seem to be struggling. Thanks!

Does anybody know what this plant is called? Iâve had it for years but never sure what kind it isâŠ
Hi all...found thrips on my Thai Con last week. Washed it off, treated with neem oil and isolated. Once I no longer see any pests, how long until she can join the collection again? Everything I am reading says treat for 4 to 6 weeks. Can she rejoin the collection once the pests are gone or is there a waiting period? Thanks! (I tried to post this on the pest group but for some reason it wouldn't let me. So i posted it here....not a double post.)
Anyone know what this guy is? Iâm getting Teardrop Peperomia or Trailing Jade Peperomia on the app. I have a different Teardrop Peperomia and this one feels different than the other. This almost feels like a succulent; rubbery/waxy leaves.
Comment your wishlist plants or your favorite plants! (Iâm totally not using this thread for ideas on my next plant đ)âŠ
Are these corms? I was repotting my new monstera plant into what turned out to be 6 different plants, and found these in the roots. Any ideas? So I didnât know what to do with them so I put them in some soil to see what happens lol. There was a pointy end that I put facing up.

I received this butterfly bush last year as a gift. It was just a small plant in a small maybe 6 inch container and itâs turned to this in a year! Itâs definitely outgrown this garden so Iâd like to move it. When is the best time, and how exactly do I go about it?
My plant that Iâm just water is its tips of the roots supposed to be white or no
Hi everyone this is Mimmy my 2 yr old Mimosa. Just today I put her into my group. After setting it all up I was surprised to see that they are Toxic to Humans and animals. So no touching with bare hand I guess. Also it says partial shade and sun. I was told it was full sun. This time last year it was half the size it is now. Itâs been growing very quickly. I guess itâs ok to leave it there.
Peaches and Freckles thriving beautifully â€ïž â€ïž â€ïž Happy Tuesday all!
I'm resuscitating this African violet that a plant sitter drowned. As it grew back, the stem with the tiny leaves (at the top of the photo) started growing. This appears to be a different plant. Does anyone know what it might be?

Hi, I was just watering and misting my Peace Lily and noticed this... It looks like a stem has split and revealing this white underneath! Can anyone tell me what is happening and why this could be happening please? Could this be a spathe emerging? It's never flowered since I've had it.
To get another plant or not to get another plant is the real questionâŠ
I had the hardest time learning lighting in each room. Just found these pictures that are very helpful! Hope these helps with new plant owners â€ïž
What does it mean if my plants donât seem to suck up water? Iâve read about the soil being hydrophobic, but itâs new and I made my own mix of succulent soil with perlite for my indoor plants who like well-draining conditions. I usually shake the pot to settle the soil when planting, not tamp it down. What could this be then? The water sits on top for a while when I water them the first couple times after repotting, too.
