I went to check on my aglaonema and noticed this green anole chilling on the leaves! I love seeing lizards on my plants, I hope they enjoy them as much as I do! My aglaonema is also looking pretty good right now, had to share đ
So my boss asked if I could help her with another plant. I said âOf course! I'd love to! What kind of plant did you get this time?â She points over to the plant table and I see this poor Calathea ornata on the floor! âDid you set it next to the fireplace?!?!â I asked. I know these are tough plants but I've never seen one so bad. I pick up the pot (which is actually still in a nursery pot, they will usually get repotted in the prettiest pot, no nursery, no drainage, no worries đ„č) The cache pot is FULL OF WATER! Tap water to bootđ€Łđ€Łđ€Ł Welp, we found the problem! I was most shocked to find zero root rot, so that was great. Trimmed away and planted in my chunky mix. Wish her luck! Sorry I didn't take a before pic. I was too shocked to think!
I noticed yellow leaves and immediately new it was the root bound and to my surprise, it was worse than I imagined. I'm so excited to repot but will be separating in three containers. I really hope they thrive đđŒ

New babies came today! Tiny Fiddle Leaf Fig, Philodendron el Choco Red, and Aglaonema Pictum Tricolor. So excited!
Iâm not sure whats wrong with my alocasia. I came home and a leaf broke off at the base of the leaf. She hasnât sprouted any new leaves in 2 months but has lost about 3. However the existing leaves always look healthy, stem is firm and the roots look pretty good. Does anyone know whatâs going on đđđ

Hi yâall! I got this White Birds of Paradise from Marketplace a while back and need some help figuring out if itâs done for. TL;DR: I gave my plants to my MIL to take care of while I did full-time travel for 2 years. Needless to say, she didnât do the best job taking care of this baby. Itâs green still so 85 makes me think it could be saved, any advice here welcome!

Watered the ZZ today and I feel like the water is running straight through it? I havenât repotted since purchase.
Help! My Monkey Mask is turning pale/yellow. I bought a Monkey Mask a few weeks ago and noticed some webs, so I treated it with neem oil spray. Since finishing the treatment, all the leaves have started turning really pale or yellow. A lot went completely yellow, and I've already had to cut them off. I thought maybe root rot was the cause, so I repotted it, but the roots actually looked perfectly fine. The last picture was what it looked like when I got it. What is wrong with it, and what should I do now? Any advice to save it would be amazing!
I need advice. Does anyone think that I should pull it out and check for root rot? It was a cutting from my sister-in-law and I donât wanna lose it. It seems like itâs turned a new leaf, but I donât know if I should still check the roots.
First time plant mom here .. so Iâve had a bird nest fern for over a couple of months.. decided to put her outside for some light . My mistake. I shocked her . So Iâve been trying to revive her. Iâve trimmed her leaves and repotted her.. Iâve also bought a mini greenhouse to help her thrive again . Any advice /tips /recommendations. I feel so sad a bit because Iâm trying to love her through all stages .but does she look okay I posted some before/ after sun /and now ( trimmed leaves and in the clear case)pictures.. Thanks :)
These are my sons Plants. Can anyone give advice on what to do with his Monstera? I said when theyâre leggy, it means they need more light and I bought a couple of lights for him. Does he need to cut those branches off and root them? How far back should he cut them? Will they grow back if he cuts them all the way back to the dirt and is that advised?
On Saturday I experienced the worst pain I think Iâve ever had!! This is a puss caterpillar aka asp! Felt like my finger was on fire!! I accidentally rub against it while trimming some branches at 7pm I was in so much pain until I finally fell asleep around 4am đ„Č Iâm all better now
