I have currently about 18 plants and suddenly, I HAVE SOOOO MUCH FRUIT FLYS ON THEM, I try using Systemica is supposed to kill them but I have so many that nothing is working. ANY RECOMMENDATION ???? HELP!!!!!!!

Iâm in a mood today. Advice needed A couple of days ago I found my newish rubber plant with the leaves getting distorted (like the beginning of a graphic explanation of space wormholes - photo 1) and I didnât know why. Today I found this AH (photo 2). I have a money tree, a peperomia, and a ZZ around it. Should I treat them too? Or only if I find a bug in the next few days? Thank you.

Recently my best friend lost her husband of 38 years. It was tragic. Even more tragic was the number of lovely planters she received because she is NOT a plant person. She worried she would lose all of the plants, too. And as we all know, anyone would struggle with those planters where they put a peace lily, a flaming Katy and an orchid all together! So I took them, separated into smaller pots and provided her a new set up with grow lights and everything she needs for care. I went to my local plant store for care cards and even painted some of the pots with logos from some of her husbandâs favorite things. She was so happy and has kept everything alive for the last month!

These are my Hyacinth Flower Bulbs. Espionage is on their first year of being a vegetative bulb of 3, and a baby (or maybe 2!) right in between them all. They have been dying back slowly for winter but one had all their leafs die. But here in this pic you can see the bulb regrowing their leafs. I am unsure of what to do because I was waiting for all the leafs to die to put in the fridge so they will flower when replanted, but while waiting for the other leafs to die, the earliest one started growing again. I do not want to separate them, what are my options? Thank you for your help!

Hey all. I got a Peperomia Pink Lady from Facebook marketplace and it was given to me in a clear plastic container with pon and no drainage holes. Iâve had it for about a month and the center leaves seem like theyâre doing okay overall, but some of the leaves on the outside have been drooping. I donât think itâs from lack of water since the pon is holding onto the water longer since thereâs no drainage. Does anyone have guidance on what I can do to help this plant? I really want to transfer it to another pot with drainage and chunky soil but Iâm worried repotting it will shock it / do more harm than good. I have it in a west facing window about 8â away from the window and the blinds partially closed during the afternoon to keep the sun from scorching it, and a small humidifier near it that runs during daylight hours.

LđK!! đ My 2 babies are growing up now đ The 1st pic was taken on Sept 25th and the 2nd one today, Oct 4th. They're growing up so fast. I'm not complaining though, I'm so happy I got them thru adolescents!! đđ„°đđż

Alright weâre in for the winter, first Canadian Winter in a basement apartment with these children⊠tabletop grow light bought before my plants grew this summer and now Iâm just trying to be patient and wait and see how they do! đ« đ€

hey guys! any tips for my monstera? iâve bottom watered it and i think the soil is a little humid still. i donât know why the leaves are getting yellow. my place has light so she hasnât been in the dark, neither receiving direct sunlight, only indirect light. also, iâve got it 2 weeks ago, havenât repotted it because the soil seemed fine. ive read as well that it needs to get acclimated before repotting. please help đ„čđ„č

Question about species of plant. I bought it at Home Depot under the tag âassorted tropicalâ at first I assumed it was a philodendron cherry red. As all new leaves were bright red and older were green. Then the red turned burgundy, so I thought it was sun red. Then they turned basically black so maybe black cardinal??! I really need help.

Purple power! These two beauties are not just another pretty face. The one on top is called beautyberry. The berries are edible and its crushed leaves make a powerful insect repellent! The plant bellow is Passion flower (or Maypop, in my neck of the woods). It also produces fruit that is edible. I grow them & collect the leaves and stems, etc. for medicinal purposes. They act as an anti-anxiety and mild sleep aid. Itâs awesome to behold Godâs handiwork. đđș

Just got this Arrowhead from my grams and the Pothos has so much new growth! Thinking of adding a moss pole to the Pothos but honestly not there yet. Have a great Sunday!

Yesterday I sold 12 of my plants at a local Fall Flea Market. Today I marked 11 as Gifted. Thank you Planta for that designation. I miss them all already but I needed the money for mobile phone bill and cat food. And yes I under sold, all 12 with pots, brought in $55, but I had to. $35 for the mobile phone bill and $13.00 for a box of 12 3oz cans of cat food. As people say⊠âif you are not working then you deserve no joy in life.â And once all joy is gone? I guess make room for someone elseâs kid to work for low pay. đ
