Is there a way to reset your watering schedule on this app? I stopped using it for a while but want to start again except the app thinks I haven’t watered any of my plants for months 🫣
hi friends, i got this lovely jade plant from my grandma last year and she was doing SO well for awhile. i recently moved to arizona and made the mistake of putting her in direct sunlight, causing her to drop all of her leaves except the ones shown. this was about three months ago and ive since put her back in indirect light, but there has been zero growth since then. is there anything i should do?? or is this a waiting game? the one leaf she does have is very thin, which is much different from the ones she used to have which were more firm. for reference she is now about 2ft from a south facing window that gets bright, indirect light for most of the day. thanks in advance!! i really love this plant and wanna see her grow, so all tips are appreciated.
Grow light recs? I recently brought in two plants from home (1 pothos, 1 succulent) to my office which gets zero natural light, so I know it's time to invest in a grow light. I am only in the office 3 days per week, so ideally the light would have a built-in timer, but I guess I could get a separate timer plug if needed. Bonus points if it's a brand I can find off Amazon!
Hellooo! I recently bought grow lights but the only option on it is warm, LED, and combination. It also has a dimmer if needed. My babies consist of many pothos, a money tree, an aloe, and a snake plant. Which setting would be best for them? (I also live in a basement so they have no natural light)
I just cloned my Granddaddy Purple. First time to Clone cannabis. Second time to Clone period. Wish me luck! It's plastic wrap with a hole in the center so only the node is in the water. The dome is humidity control.
I was gifted this Croton a few weeks ago and it just continues to drop leaves. I’ve got a humidifier in my plant room, along with grow lights (the room is north facing and doesn’t get tons of sun), but the leaves just keep dropping! Is this normal? Will they grow back eventually or is it fully unaliving itself?
Most African violets I have seen have purple blooms. Mine blooms pink. Are there different varieties of African violets? If so which might I have?
Love when the schedules align and I can water a bunch at once in the bath 🌱🫶 So many of these little babies have new leaves and shoots coming up too!
I had no idea that a waffle plant bloomed
I woke up this morning to find these mushrooms in my spider plant pot. Should I remove them or just let them be?
Hey guys, can you tell me what is this in the middle of my snake plant? Never saw that before.
Should I move to a 6” pot? My pink princess was doing so well, growing lots of leaves, until this last month. Now lots of brown, shriveled, mushy leaves. I changed the soil in July, but should I 1) move her up one size? And/or 2) repot into a chunkier tropical mix? The roots aren’t *mushy* just very fine/delicate when I look at them. Thoughts?
Does she need a repot? I’m asking because I only repotted her a month ago!! 🫠 Also some leaves are starting to brown which I’ve heard can be from a lack of humidity but could this be caused by the long roots in this case? Thanks in advance :)
What is wrong with my babies leaves
Nothing wrong, but now will be my newest addition. Staghorn fern. Mounded it last week on this wood disk. Such a beautiful plant.
I just brought this Schlumbergera truncata home today. It was wrapped in a holiday foil and well watered before being shipped to the store I purchased it from. It's not so wet I can squeeze water from the soil. It has a faint smell (evergreen tree but I assume it's just musty from the foil). I plan on putting a small fan near it to help dry it out a bit. I see no evidence of fungus or gnats, etc. Everything say not to repot until the blooms are spent but I'd really like to. Should I wait or just do it? It's in a seed starting mix and my other is loving an epiphytic mix.
Love these new stands I got on Amazon.. ~ $50 & comes with 4 grow lights! What does everyone think? I’ll include the link
Just wanted to share my new leaf ❤️
Hi all, I got a new Transcandatia nanouk, any advice is welcome and appreciated!!! It’s in quarantine right now, but I’ll be repotting it in better soil after it acclimatises, the soil it came in is so water retaining and dense!
