I have a silly question, I have two white birds of paradise. But I was looking through Amazon and saw they have an orange birds of paradise. Do these two plants produce the famous pretty flowers? Or is there another difference why one is white and one is orange? The leaves do look a little different, but I thought I would see if any of y’all would know.
Should I plant this little guy into a pot? I’m thinking of 1 inch or 2 inch pots. It popped off of the momma plant (echeveria ‘morrom’) and grew these super long roots with no soil!

My birds of paradise has been healthy. I did repot a weeks/months back. It’s been growing and all leaves are healthy but the new growth is dying and the base is a bit brown. Any ideas?
My plant had been doing great until a couple of weeks ago. Leave tips are starting to dry and turning brown. Any suggestions!
I LOVE to repurpose unused things around the house. I’ve been growing the roots out on these Philodendron Brasil cuttings and put them in an 8 inch shot glass 😁🫶🏾🌱
This Bird of Paradise is my newest baby. I’ve noticed the leaves have started to curl upwards and slight browning in the edges. I’m thinking the air is too try and needs humidity. Out of all the humidity methods, I feel a humidifier is my best option. Before making that purchase…..Has anyone had much success with using a scent diffuser (water only, no essential oils) ?
Hello! I’ve got a pilea and it’s dropping leaves around its middle and wanted to know if this is normal? It’s growing new leaves from the top and has many branches at the bottom (I’ve propagated two branches already). I feel this is a normal thing for it to do but would like some reassurance please.
Does anyone know what specific type of peace lily this is, as I brought it from a reduced section and it has no identification label or anything with it and I’m quite interested. Thank you!
Hello, I just picked this plant up today. Is this little one growing able to be taken out as a separate plant do you think? It seems to be separate from the main plant but if I take it out, will it just die?
