I just got this Philodendron Pink Princess a week ago, I repotted in a chunky soil mix and she’s lost 3 of her little baby leaves 🤦🏻♀️ what am I doing wrong? I mist her every morning and she stays under a grow light for about 10 hours a day, I set her in the natural sunlight last Saturday & Sunday for about 5 hours. Yesterday she lost the 3 little leaves :(

I hope everyone is having a great day. Is it normal for my Monkey Mask leaves to curl up inside?

I got this spider plant about a week ago and now the leaves are wilting, turning brown and yellow. I sprayed some name oil on it and put it in a window that did not get direct sunlight. Any tips? Just watered today

My succulent here is doing really great! Almost so good that it is starting to grow roots that aren’t even in the soil. Should I take the roots off and replant them?

The is a tropical plant of some sort but I’m not sure what exactly. It was thriving and looked really healthy until one day the leaves started becoming brown, dry, and crunchy. The moss on top of the soil has started to become brown as well. I’m not sure if I’m not watering it enough? But I don’t know what to do.?

Any idea why my roots would be rotting? I change the water weekly, add a little hydrogen peroxide and fertilizer each time, and clean off anything mushy. But it seems that a lot of the ends are rotting.

Hi everyone I recently posted about my peperomias! Here is a little update: The watermelon is doing great now for the most part! It looks way better, the variegated teardrop still hadnt quite picked up. It also appears to have spots, anyone have any idea what they could be and how to fix?

Hi plant people. Snow White, my polka dot plant, is still exhibiting signs of leaf curling. I’ve doubled her water intake so she isn’t experiencing drying as much, and I’m concerned that much more water might lead to fungus or root rot. She drinks a shocking amount of water, but has been growing like crazy so she likes to drink lol. I suspect that I’ll need to get a humidifier to help with the humidity in the room. Looking for suggestions from those who have had (and cured) leaf curling like this.

Newbie plant owner here! I recently received a 30-year-old golden pothos from my mom, who was given the plant as a gift when I was born in the hospital. So obviously, this plant has a lot of sentimental value and I’d really like to keep it alive! I recently repotted it since it had been stuck in the same one for the past few decades, and I noticed these black spots on some of the vines. I know my mom regularly trimmed the leaves, so I’m not sure if those are just healing spots or a bigger problem. As far as I can tell everything else looks normal, but I’m not an expert. I’d appreciate any advice to keep this baby alive!

I took a new photo yesterday of the long awaited new growth on my Hoya Verticillata (inner variegated), a.k.a. Hoya Acuta. Found a snail snacking on it this morning. 🐌

On may 2 I went to Dollar Tree store to buy some cups to give as a gift and I saw these flowers in the distance and I said let me see this, when I see these small bulbs I said let me take a little bag of these there are three bulbs, my sister told me that it’s too late to plant them, it’s still cool here summer doesn’t want to come to New York🤫😂 I planted them if it does anything, look this is going really fast and today is May 23 omg I want to see those flowers 😍😍

Hi everyone. I am looking for some help. I have a plant that is sick. I over watered it I think.
The question is should I clip the damaged leaf or leave it?
Thanks in advance.

Anyone have any tips on how to improve care for this Dracaena? She has suffered with root rot and fungus gnats in the past and is still growing strong but constantly gets brown tips or spots on the leaves. Current situation is just watering when the soil gets dry and having a grow light on for 12 hours

Anyone have any idea what these fading spots and brown spots are on my rattlesnake calathea?

I've had this plant for about 2 years and it was always doing great. I moved about 6 months ago and it got neglected in the process. It dried out pretty good, and most of it died off. I think I overcorrected and by far overwatered it trying to save it. I repotted it about 2 weeks ago, into a much smaller pot since most of it died off. Some of the stems were completely rotted (smelled horrible) so I pulled them off and cut off as much as I could.
What are my next steps for keeping it alive?

Sweet Chinese evergreen looks bad at the base. And it is weak. Has drainage. What’s up??

Is this not enough light? Granted, this is evening light so it's not as bright as it is throughout the day. My baby plants seem to be reaching towards it. This is a north facing window.

Hi! I purchased my Ficus tree about a month ago and need this groups expertise! Is this overwatering or under watering? Fungus? Or maybe something else? I know they are picky. lol I’ve watered her twice since I brought her home. I test with a mosture meter about 3-4 inches down and water when it’s full dry at that depth until it seeps out the drainage holes (maybe 3-ish cups of water)… Thank you for any help you can give me! I’ve included an image of where she sits in our living room so you can see light.
