Hello guys I need some help please, today I realized these woodish looking marks/damage on my White Princess Philodendron mother plant, just wondering what the cause may be and how I can avoid it from happening anymore.. think it may be stress from being strapped to the wooden stick. Removing the ties and mounting it on a sphagnum moss pole. Update, after putting in a pot with a moss pole these marks have continued to get worse, now going up to the petioles on the leaves even up to the top.. Someone please tell me how to fix this.. I’d need be im totally willing to chop it up and make propagations and then retry, I just don’t want to fully loose my White Princess mother plant ); I do find it weird though, cause if that was pest damage I would assume it would be in shock and not pushing out new leaves.? It is currently unfurling a new leaf.

Hi! I am dealing with an unpleasant problem with fungus gnats spreading through my plants, and throughout my house. They have become quite a nuisance, constantly reproducing and spreading everywhere. I’m hoping to completely eliminate them for good. I would greatly appreciate any tips on the most effective methods to get rid of fungus gnats permanently. Thank you! 🌿💚

What am I doing wrong?!? This is from my grandpas funeral, so really trying. I have many other plants but this one just seems to dislike me. Keeps getting crunchy brown spots, gets full light, and watered per apps recommendations. The leaves are mushy, and never firm after watering. Roots look fantastic (checked for rot) so I really can’t figure it out. I’ve taken some cuttings incase I can’t save this but it’s about 4gt tall and braided. It’s beautiful, I’d like to find a way to save it.

I propagated this baby spider plant into this jar a few months back and it was totally healthy and doing great, but over the last few weeks and or months it’s took 10 for the worst and I don’t know what’s wrong with it. Can somebody help please because I don’t know what to do.🪴🌸🌿 PS, there was another spider plant baby that I propagated to watch at the same time and it’s currently thriving in a different location but they have the same amount of light. Why might this be?

Hi all! I’ve had this Spathiphyllum Domino for about a year and a half living in water. The past few months it’s been looking very sad and droopy. I have many plants that live in water (a few peace lilly types too) and this is the only one that is struggling. I generally just top up the water and occasionally I’ll fully clean them out. I use foliage focus to fertilise. Most of the roots have rotted off this guy but it’s still trying to put out new leaves. I’ve tried giving it a smaller jar, using distilled water, giving it a diluted hydrogen peroxide soak. I’ve tried giving more light and less light and nothing seems to perk it up. It’s been droopy like this for months now. Any ideas on what I might be doing wrong? I really like this little guy and would like to see it happy again. (Last photo is how it did look before) Thank you!!

Hello everyone I need help. I recently switched out my fake because it wasn’t raining properly now is fully drained. It has way more room, but it seems like either I water it too much has of the disease of there’s an animal. Can anybody help me some of the leaves are turning with this black spots is it too late for my fig

Hello fellow plant lovers. I’m about ready to give up here. My Silver satin exotica has been doing this browning of the edges for quite some time now, and I do not understand why. I’ve been told everything from over to under watering. Can you all help me figure out why this keeps happening please, and what to do to stop it? I’m ready to toss it, because it’s killing confidence of plant care. Thanks 😊

Hi all. I’m really confused here. I’ve had my FLF for a few years, and repotted it about 2-3 weeks ago. Now all of the sudden I’m noticing these spots, lack of new growth, and very crispy edges. It’s always been absolutely beautiful, so I’m quite upset 😢 Can anyone help me out if this is a pest? I was thinking the dreaded thrips, but can not find any evidence of them. Please help me figure this out 🙏

I’m about to plant trauma dump. Yall, I think I’m about to throw the whole tree away! This plant is stressing me out!! Every other day he has an issue. Like BRO, what now!?! Can someone explain to me what is wrong with him? What are these spots that’s starting to pop up? I have cut, prune, repot with a proper mixture of soil, cut the band off the bottom, I have fed, loved and sung to this plant. He is 2 shakes away from me giving him to my CAT! I know I’m being dramatic (like him) and he isn’t in the worse shape but I’m starting to feel like we aren’t meant to be. 😩 every time I feel like we are making progress….BAM - he hits me with a new challenge. Why can’t he just grow and be pretty?!

Here’s a branch from my apple tree. I cut it off the show but the apples are starting to rot as they are growing. This happened lasts year. Do yall have an idea what’s going on and or what I can do? All the apples so far look wilted and rotting.

Some of my plants have signs of mealy bugs. No idea how they got in since i live in an 8th floor apartment and I haven’t brought in a new plant since October2025. But after I repotted my 3 weeks ago dessert roses I noticed they had that cobwebby stuff on the leaves. I got the alcohol and wiped the leaves. Have a spray with neem oil. But I keep seeing the little buggers every other day. I repotted my snake plant at the same time and I’m worried I cross contaminated someone. Any advice? How long and how regularly should I be checking and spraying before I give up an send my plants to the graveyard?

I got this baby Pilea depressa plant a few weeks ago and I’m not sure exactly how to care for it. It looks sad and crispy to me. I just watered it but what can I be doing to make it happier?

Is this normal for my a Allocation it's producing babies

Noticed some small bags or flies around my tropical indoor plants, I assume they love the moist soil. Does anyone have any good recommendations for indoor plant pest spray?
