This stalk from a succulent fell off the mother plant at Walmart and it looked like it fell off the same day I found it. Mother plant had something of “tricolor” or “variegated” on the plant label but can’t remember exactly what. Google photos is saying some sort of Jade. Help? So anyway, I stuffed this piece into my purse after I found it laying (it would’ve been thrown away, we all know that😅) looking plump in the leaves, forgot about it, and the next day 6/14 I found it in my purse again with the leaves all wrinkly like in the photos I put it in a pot and watered it. I Just watered it again now 6/17 11:50pm. It’s still green so it can still be helped right? Anything special I should do?

I think i have those little flying things that come from the fingus on top of my plants? I was told to use peppermint on diffusers seems to work a bit. Any thoughts, suggestions?
What is this odd bright orange stuff on my tradescantia yellow zebra? It wipes off and is like a powder substance! 😵
does anyone know what these are? idk if they are insect eggs or some sort of fungi, but i haven't noticed any bugs around my plant. they're covering my plant's dead stems, cream-yellowish in color, and are teeny tiny. if anyone can identify what it is, any help on treating the problem is greatly appreciated! thank you in advance!
Question for the experts: I got these two plants about 2 weeks ago, the app says they’re Button Ferns. The sad one went from healthy to looking like this within 2 days. It is in a morning sun location, shade in the afternoon, by an open window. Its buddy (pictured) that I got at the same time was in the same location and still looks good. The pots have a removable drainage hole, so I put them in the sink when I watered them. I believe I’ve only watered them once in the previous two weeks. Give it to me straight, can this dude come back? What do I need to do to make sure I don’t lose the other one? Many thanks for your guidance!
Does anyone know what might be going on with my Croton ‘Petra’ as it appears to be loosing all its leaves. I recently got this plant and not sure what I might be doing wrong.
This is so sad! We’re post-spider mite infestation. I’m not sure if it’s going to survive 😢 no spider mites have been spotted in 5 days, but there’s so much damage.

My Venus fly trap has black leafs (some of them ) are they just dead is there an issue ? Should I be worried ? Picture is one I took off
I have a lucky bamboo plant not in water and some of the leafs are yellow. What should I do?
So this was on our front step in the winter when we moved in, mid December. It looks like a house leek. And now that I’m getting into plants, I’d love to see if the parts that are somehow still looking alive are salvageable somehow before I just toss it or what I should do? I’ve never had a succulent before!
I wanted to share an experience with using mosquito bits. I have been making a tea and using it to water all my plants. I also use yellow sticky traps for any adult gnats that happen to get into the house. It’s been working great! One thing I learned is that I should NOT have sprinkled some of them in my indoor plant soil. They are starting to get a fuzzy mold so I have had to go through all my plants and get them out as best as possible. In conclusion: Mosquito bits tea 👍 Mosquito bits sprinkles 👎 :
what is happening to my chinese evergreen? is it time to repot? is it humidity? please help.
I thought to have a really healthy zz plant and today I noticed a mushroom growing from the bottom…
Hello everyone! My one years old avocado is getting sick. His leaves have started to dry and becoming crispy, some of them have already detached from the plant? Can you help me? Thank you🥑
I’ve never had an Alocasia before but hubby gave me one for Mother’s day. The soil seemed super wet when he gave it to me and so I thought I would let it dry out a bit before watering. It NEVER dried out. Instead the plant just fell over when I went to check on it I discovered it had root rot. I cleaned it up and put it in a prop jar but I have no idea what kind of care it needs or if it is salvageable as this is my first time dealing with this kind of plant. Any suggestions or thought on care are much appreciated!
My brother gave me his Vigoro Yucca Cane to try to save (he overwatered it) so I took off all the dead leaves and left it alone for about 3 weeks. The remaining leaves starting dying and the smaller trunk was squishy so I suspected it had root rot. I took it out the pot and rinsed the roots off. Do they look normal? The one with the new growth is the squishy trunk and the other one is the one with leaves. I also read that the new growth is a sign of the plant’s last ditch effort to save itself. Any advice on what I should do? (The roots were also basically taking over the pot and they ended up breaking through the inside pot. I’m not sure if that could’ve caused this?)
I cannot remember what flowers these are but they aren’t doing so well in my possession. Does anyone know what could be causing it and things I can do to get these babies to flourish again???
My ZZ plant was doing very good but I just noticed this on the tallest stem. Does anyone what this is and what it’s from? It doesn’t get much sun so could it be from that?
These are all over my lillies, any ideas?
