I want to introduce you to Lucky đ the dumpster monstera âšđ I recently made my boyfriend pull this monstera out of the dumpster, someone in my apartment complex threw her away because it looked sad. It had root rot and I had to chop her a lot but after I cleaned her up I grew her in water for 2 months until I saw significant root growth. Sheâs been in soil for about a month and is pushing her first new growth out since being rescued đ

Does my monstera need to be repotted? Itâs super rootbound but the roots arenât growing through the drainage holes yet. Itâs growing new leaves but theyâre drooping and yellowing a bit. When I water it the water runs through the bottom almost immediately. Should I wait until the roots are growing out of the bottom or should I repot it now and add some stakes?

Hey yâall. Looking for advice and opinions. My monstera is around 3 years old. I had less plant knowledge when I got it and didnât know I could train it and add moss poles. Iâm now thinking about chopping it up and propagating because the lower portion is a little bare. Would you leave it alone and add a couple moss poles or start fresh and chop it up?

Just got a baby monstera deliciosa today⊠any tips for how to repot? I bought a pot just slightly larger than what the plant originally came in. I was told it is better to have a pot that fits snugger than a pot with too wide of a diameter. Should I give the plant a few more days to acclimate or repot ASAP?

3 months ago I preordered a Monstera Thai Con and I couldnât be more excited to say that what seemed like forever and a day spent waiting for my baby to arrive is finally over!!!! đđđ and just look at how adorable it is đŹ With that being said⊠Iâm still super nervous that Iâm going to unalive her somehow. They go inside during the fall and winter then outside during summer. The big one is the mother plant to the smaller one I cut last spring. Need to do something with the mother plant getting to big not sure where to cut it at
