Had a voucher to use so came home with three new additions today 😍 including a pink princess which I’ve wanted to own for years!! Any name suggestions for her would be appreciated! We already have names for Donald (left) and Pinto (right)!
My raphidaphora took off like a rocket this summer. Had to expand its trellis and it’s still too small lol
Hey everyone! What are your favorite plants??? I am looking to expand my indoor collection so I would love to see all your favorites!!!
Just to show off the new growth
I heard these things don’t like direct sunlight. Should I move indoors? 😂🤣
How it’s started and how it’s going..
Had a rough day yesterday and my sweet husband had this lil feller on the counter for me when I got home. 🥹
🤎
My string of hearts is flowering! This plants started off in April as a single cutting from a friend. I rooted it in water and planted in soil, then sniped off one of the strings and propagated with the butterfly method for a fuller plant, even made a whole other plant that I gave to a friend. I couldn’t be more impressed with this baby. It’s over 5 feet long. Just had a repot and noticed these flowers. ✨
My newest leaf is huge 🤩 I love this plant so much. I can’t believe how much it’s grown since May
got a little ikea green house! i’ve since ordered 2 more 😂
many new leaves over here
my Alocasia Regal Shield is starting to bloom! plenty of large leaves on this plant so i’m just gonna let it grow :)
My little one has increased his growth rate and put out more leaves this week. I’m just happy he survived when he looked dead on arrival about 10 weeks ago. He is my first Syngonium Rayii, a plant with velvety embossed leaves that feel more delicate than they look because of the thin leaves. He’s in a 2.5” inch pot and ready for repotting and life on the patio with “cooler” temperatures below 95 deg F!😆
So much new growth! 🌱 🌱✨
My Maranta is very happy in its new spot, pushing out new leaves all over the place, and these beautiful little flowers too!
This is my mom’s neighbor’s outdoor patch. It was covered in two feet of snow last December, and anything poking out was goo. Oh hi. Note that it gets insanely hot against that wall/next to asphalt. Posting to my Cholla to remind me to steal a clipping off one of these 🤤😀
This is the penultimate mention of the plants I stumbled upon over the weekend, but I’m still a little wide-eyed. Astrophytum grown from seed, in a window, in Northern Utah. Respect. I repeated “wait, you grew these?” a few times until giving a “we’re not worthy” gesture. I did hold back from asking to be adopted. This plant is straight-up sci-fi. Note my coffee mug. These plants are huge.
My bird of paradise has tripled in size in one year! So greedy. She loves the sun next to the ficus and mother-in-laws tongue
