Can anybody tell me whatās wrong with my tomato plant getting a little bumps on the leaves and curling.

found this beautiful philodendron (says it on sticker) from IKEA for $20 thinking of repotting tomorrow, not sure to repot in the same size of container or a bigger one, what should I do? Also going to quarantine for a week, thereās no visible issues or pests. Always gotta be cautious! Sheās so beautiful tho aaahhhhh ! any one has tips ?
