having a major wrist reconstruction in six days forced me to have a long shift in the labor and delivery unit. mistake #1: did not have enough nursery pots… so some don’t have drainage mistake #2: waiting so long (3 years) to repot the massawana. found a mesh plug of doom which might explain why it’s never really thrived… also beginners error for sure.

HELP! what am I doing wrong, I transplanted this peace lily out of soil into water over a month now and she will not thrive? I am constantly snipping of brown crunchy ends. She is adjacent to a south facing window and about a foot away from a grow lamp that only comes on for about 5 hrs per day.
