Silver sword, and tetrasperma finally joining the collection. I couldn’t find it in me to leave those mini roses behind so they had to tag a long as well😂

Living room plant shelves
Such under celebrated beauties these are!
Glowing beauty 😍
This Guzmania was potted and only flowered once in 6years. Removed it from the pot a planted it by the koi pond. I’m thinking it likes the new spot
Some pics of my plant set up in the new apartment. I jumped into the plant world headfirst knowing nothing and looking at my progress now, I’m very proud. They are part of the reason I wake up in the morning 😌
stapelia flowers are so so beautiful (,: smells like a wet dog though.
I am sure I’m going to jinx myself. Pride gets me a whack of smite every time. When I purchased this plant from the Lowe’s Discount Dungeon It had 3 huge leaves that hung over the pots side like sea sick humans on a rocking boat. And while walking through the store with it I swear I heard some one or some bug say out out loud “Hey everyone. Fly now. We’re leaving in this pot and we have plenty of room.” Because as I was at the register I looked down as the soil was moving. And yes, believe you may I said everybody at the register: - Come on now give me this plan for free if I save it it’ll be a miracle that is if it doesn’t kill my plants at home. - I really low point for Lowe’s for not giving me this guy for nothing. After bringing him home, and taking care of his infestation, he began to just not be right. And the leaves started to die. They got all perky, but they started to die. And one leaf left that was mighty sad looking my friend said: - Cut it. Get rid of it. Get that leaf out of there.- I was shocked I was flabbergasted. I was like “what that there will be no leaves then.” But I did as I was told. The plant was the plant with no leaves. And then all of a sudden. BAM ! A leaf. Then BAM! Another another leaf. And then I cut the leaves off and BABAMB! A new leaf. Then another. And now a third is sprouting!!! Lesson number 1 Always do what a woman tells you. Lesson number 2 Cutting the leaves on this beauty actually helps it produce more. Lesson number 3 Always remember lesson number 1.
Looking for ideas on how to repot this lady! she’s frowning fast and I want to get her into a more long term living situation sooner rather than later. How do you all have your Dragon Tails growing? I’m trying to see some ideas of both climbing and crawling arrangements.
Pruned this quite a bit when it finished flowering and I’m loving the way it’s filling out 🤩
End of Summer Plant update
Does anyone know anything about this plant?
Planty mail of today 🌱💚
pretty little piper silver flecks! (:
I'm amazed! This plant did NOTHING but stay alive for years and now this!! They just keep getting taller and more are coming. I'm assuming at some point they'll start leaning, but I don't know. 🤷🏼
My beautitul new Albo 🌱 If you're into variegated plants I highly recommend Paper Crane Nursery on Etsy!
When it’s time to refill, are you guys emptying and cleaning or just filling up with more water ? #peacelily
I have been struggling with this SOT for years & I think I finally figured out the secret🥹. I repotted 6 months ago in a way chunkier soil formula, fertilize every other watering, water only every 12-14 days (sometimes longer depending on how plump the leaves are), and a nice big west facing window for strong afternoon/evening light! She’s grown 3x the size since, no joke!
its fertilizer day🪴just wanted to show off some of my plant collection 💗
