My Alocacia’s new leaves are looking so shiny!! Considering I got him for $10 at a local plant shop and he decided to be dramatic and drop half his leaves when I first brought him home, I’m so excited!

Just got this baby variegated alocasia off of Facebook marketplace! It is in a basic planter which I will switch when it gets adjusted to its new home! Please give any tips as I’m not that great with alocasias (yes I have good humidity and a humidity dome for her)

Hi plant lovers! I've always been a plant lover, but in terms of properly caring for them I'm very much still an amateur with plants ☺️ We recently moved out of our apartment however into our first home and I've been able to start my collection again, try propagation and also start on our outdoor plants now we have a garden! I've done a lot more research into plants, soil mixes etc now and just wanted to share my current (and growing, quite literally) houseplant collection 🌱🌿🪴 Any tips, tricks or feedback on my plants would be fantastic! 🌿

Y’all. After YEARS of learning, and failing, and throwing plants away, and starting over, and researching, and developing techniques, I have my precious Hoya Phoebe’s first ever bloom as a six-year-old plant (it smells like chocolate), A SECOND Hoya blooming, which blew me away because it’s only a couple years old, A BABY CARNIVOROUS PITCHER, a flower on my polkadot begonia (!!!!) which only a year ago was eaten all the way down to the dirt by my cats, AND a wild Bergamot, canna lily, coreopsis, snapdragons, and hydrangeas all blooming at the exact same time as I go out of town for my nieces wedding. Whatcha gonna do I guess. At least one of them better still be here when I get back. 😍😍😍 😭😭😭 😂😂😂 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
