My stromanthe triostar has been doing great, however, recently I noticed that the leaves are pointing further down than usual; Almost kind of drooping. She is in a self watering planter in soil, has a few new leaves unfurling and has three new pups coming up from the soil. I thought she was happy but the leaves pointing further down are concerning. She is pretty close to a South facing window. Ambient humidity is 60%-80% most of the time ans temps are 68-85 degrees. Thoughts? I apologize I don't have a picture; I'm waiting for my new phone

Worried my prayer plant is looking a bit unhealthy, I only got her a week ago so wondering if she’s just settling into my house and if I should be doing anything to make her more comfortable.

New plant parent here: Ordered a lemon lime prayer plant and she arrived like this today 🥺 I’ve already reached out to the seller for resolution, but how can I save/recover this plant? I have a red prayer plant that’s doing well, but she was in good shape when I got her, unlike this one. Any help is welcomed!

My Calathea white is currently very happy and putting out really big and lots of leaves. It has taken a long time and was once down to only two leaves. I divided it in spring and put it in a new pot with fresh light fluffy soil.

Hi Can anyone help me understand what these pests are? They are just on two leaves.

Help 😩 I purchased my plant at the beginning of August. I had it in a nice spot and then my cats found it (of course). This is what it currently looks like. It hasn’t dropped leaves and I haven’t cut anything off. The new leaf that started unfolding curled up and browned one on side. I haven’t fertilized it and I’ve been following the planta schedule, but skipped two days due to it still feeling damp. Also, should I have it staked?

This is my prayer plant that I inherited from my nanny after she passed away. I am very new to plant care and I am a bit concerned about the brown bits on the tips of some of the leaves. Any help/advice would be much appreciated! Thank you!

So... I read that goeppertia & calathea like to be snug in their pots, and that they should be repotted in spring/early summer, but I have an orbifolia that is getting to be ridiculously oversized for its pot now. It hasn't completely filled its available space yet, but the individual leaves are huge, to the point it's getting way too easy to knock it over. Can I repot it this late? Do I leave it for the autumn/winter, and find a small heavy cachepot for it?

Just rescued these girlies from horrid conditions. It’s only been a few days and they are already praying as they should. Hoping for a full recovery

I think she is thriving? But new to prayer plant and I know they are sensitive to alot of different things. Only had her a month, and she isn't really filling out. But she has given me some flowers! Anybody want to confirm or deny her health? Thanks!

How would one propagate a piece of prayer plant? Is it the same as any other hydroponic plant?

Calathea Network. This is my favorite plant, and due to unfortunate placement it completely died off. I was days from tossing it when a green sprout popped up. So happy it’s coming back strong

Help! Found this in the garden centre yesterday and fell in love. The pot says calathea tot. I think it kind of looks like a Maui queen x with a beauty star 🙈. Does anyone know what type of calathea it could be? Hoping to find out so I can give it a name.
