Chopping my monstera, advice please! My girl is getting top heavy, I’ve her her since she was tiny and that poor stem isn’t going to hold her up. Any advice of where to cut would be greatly appreciated!

Hi! Me again. I planted some cut flower seeds at the end of April and the growth seems to be stunted! I did not space them (obviously lol) and used an organic garden bed soil. Why do they look like they are dying? What am I doing wrong? Too much sun? Not enough water? Or am I dramatic and everything looks normal? There are cosmos, zinnias, dahlias, snapdragons. I’m in Central Texas! And I’m new to all things plants. 🌱

Do folks here plant water props right in soil or do you add soil to the tube a little at a time? (And is this prop ready for that?)

Does Planta have any propagation features? A friend gave me a spiderette, and I have a cutting from my mint plant in water. I would love to add them to my Planta catalog, but I don’t see any options for plants in water. I would love a reminder to change the water every day alongside my reminders of which plants to check if they need watered. It’s fine if this isn’t a feature, but I wanted to make sure I wasn’t missing anything!

Hey planters! Prop question. When a source says that water propagation for a specific plant takes "4–6 weeks for roots to form," should I interpret that as 4–6 weeks before I notice little root stubs beginning to grow out, or 4–6 weeks before the roots reach 1–2in and are ready for potting?

I planted 4 radiator half top leaves about a month and a half ago. One leaf instantly rotted or something and fell over so I removed it. Now, the leaf (on the left in the pic) looks half rotted. Should I pluck it out or leave it and see if she grows? Lastly, should something have grown by now or did I maybe overwater? Thanks!

Please HELP! I bought 5 Angel Wings of different variegations from someone on FaceBook Marketplace. She said they were indoor plants but when I got there they were outside next to her sliding glass door in the shade. She said they could still be brought indoors. Now, 3 of them are having issues (pics below). Please tell me IF any can be saved and/or EXACTLY how to propagate these in water AND soil (I like to try both, if I have enough to work with). Thank you soo much! These were my new favorite plants because I love bright colors!

Second time my string of pearls has started wilting from the root :( caught it a little earlier this time and have approached life saving methods in a different way. Propping I’m water from scratch and the two viable strings with roots repotted into a smaller pot When I was emptying the pot I noticed the soil was quite damp still, i can’t tell though if it’s ill health is due to overwatering, lack of sunlight or too much…. Any ideas welcome Top of strings after drying out near the soil, was growing so happily and rapidly until it wasn’t

My string of pearls has grown a variegated strand. If I cut this strand off and put it flat down in a new pot of soil will it continue to grow out as variegated?

Are my snake plant cuttings moldy? Cut and propped about a week ago. And, are those white dots on my banyan Roy cutting, that keep getting larger and had appeared quite fast, roots or some kind of problem? Thanks!
