Am I able to prop snake plants like this, or would it be better to chop them a bit? I’ve never propagated snake plants before.

    Not totally sure but I do know you should make an arrow type cut at the bottom like this ^

    That will still root, let the ends callous for a day or two. Then stick it on water and wait for a few months, if you want it to root faster stick a pothos cutting in it. Good luck 🍀

      Full 🛑! Back that 🚛 up! 📟 📟 📟 Put a pothos cutting in with the snake plant cutting and it will root faster? What kind of magic is this you speak of? How does that work and why?

      It’s because the rooting hormones from the pothos will be in the water helping the snake plant root. It’s really cool!

      Definitely true. Pothos water will help grow any plant you propagate it with !
