My friend has given me this potato plant (or what she says is a potato plant) to take care of for a week and I wanted to know what’s wrong with her plants based,her stems are floppy and roots reach the top of the soil,some are even beige in color. Any help?

Heyyyy just checking does this look like sun burn to you I moved it to a shadier area and I’m going to cut off the damaged leaves does that sound good 😊 oh and btw it is a hydrangea

my rubber tree’s brand new leaf got sliced!! I accidentally bonked it and the leaf fell off. I feel bad b/c it was brand new. should I do anything? will it grow back?

Trying to figure out why my plant is getting these brown spots and one of the leaves ripped down the center. Soil is damp but not too wet and get plenty of sun light

Accidentally over watered my crocodile fern it’s been 2 weeks since I’ve watered it and the soil is still wet. I’ve been draining all excess water from the bottom, what can I do to dry it up a little more? She’s slowly dying. She was gifted to me, but I am a beginner (first plant)

hello!!! got this Hoya from farmers market and it slowly lost its leaves :( i didn’t want to do too much to it, so i removed the unnecessary and tended to it when needed… i want this plant to look beautiful one day, so any helpful advice please? :) watering, identification, soil, health…?

We had guests staying in our house while we were gone all spring break, i came back and my baby looked sick, I’ve been trying to revive him for the past month and honestly he just looks worse ☹️. Idk what they did (maybe over watering/under watering), and how to help him. I’ve had him for almost two years now and had no problems until now. Help.

Hey there! Being on a third floor balcony is great b/c I get lots of direct sunlight. Unfortunately, I’ve learned that it also means my plants get scorched on the hottest days. I’ll post one pic to show my patio before and after ‘The Great Scorch’ (aka mid-late June). Anyone think my creeping phlox will recover? All advice welcome! Ha!

New here and really need help. I transplanted my Royal Purple plant yesterday into 2 pots. The one in the white pot stayed in its original location in my screened in florida room. It looked pretty bad but has perked up a little since. The one in the gold pot was brought inside and it looked great, but woke up all wilted this morning. I don’t think it appreciated the AC overnight. Question… how can I save them. I watered both today. I think I need to prune the wilted foliage but since it’s 99% wilted is it ok to trim off all the leaves?

Rescued this little guy a few days ago, all the leaves were drooping so he’s perked up a bit. Saved him in a heatwave so the soil was completely dry, and added a fresh layer of soil. The last photo is how it looked when I took him in. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, I’m still quite new to looking after plants!!
