hi all! my begonia dropped all her leaves last month, so i took a bunch of cuttings thinking i'd have to abandon the OG plant.. cuttings are growing nicely but now there's new growth on the tallest stalk! looking for suggestions on how to salvage this plant without it being super leggy/having all that bare stalk. thanks in advance!

This is Missy. Is it normal for the bottom leaves to turn yellow and pale? If not, any suggestions for how to help her?

Begonia ā€œlittle darlingā€ - I’ve kept this cutie under a cloche since it arrived in June 2022. I don’t dare repot it or change anything. It’s such a great pop of color among all the green.

Advice please, My begonia is starting to get dark and shriveled at the base stem. I haven’t watered it for awhile but it does have moist soil. It has been in my bathroom getting filtered indirect light. Could the light not be enough? or the moisture from the shower?

I have been growing this begonia since 2019. Learned so much along the way about what it needs. Took many cuttings and filled out the pot and now it is over 3 feet tall. I finally got it to flower. So rewarding.

On July 28 2022 my friend brought me my first Begonia as a cutting. Fast forward to yesterday when I repotted from an 8ā€ to a 10ā€ pot and added some plant stakes. This is one of my favorite plants! 🤩

I have inherited this beauty from my 98 year old aunt. How do I repot and or make it cut it back to propagate more plants?

What potting mix do y’all like to use for begonias? I think she’s going to need a repot soon

Hi there! Looking for suggestions of Begonia species that would be easy to grow in ambient humidity (like 50%ish) Keep in mind this wouldn’t be like extremely dry, just not a terrarium set up!

My new Polka Dot Begonia! Very quickly one of my favorite plants. Any tips to keep it healthy?

I’m out of ideas, any suggestions are appreciated! Begonia Maculata and Begonia Benigo, both are doing the exact same thing despite being in different locations with different light sources. One I’ve had for a long time with no issues, one is newer but have had no issues. They are constantly dropping leaves. They’re both growing tons of new ones, but are dropping all of them. One repotted 6 months ago, one repotted 1 month ago (pot size is not the issue for either one). One is in a west facing window, one is under a grow light. I’m fertilizing every 3rd watering right now and water when its 50% dry. Zero pests, fungus, etc. I thought it could be a light issue, but then it shouldn’t be happening to the one under the grow light My only other condition I can’t control (or really even improve) is the humidity of my place. It gets very dry in the winter. Could low humidity cause this? Or are they just going dormant and this is what it looks like?

My Begonia just keeps growing taller and no flowers. I have cut it down several times. Any suggestions to get it to flower or what to do for it. Thank you
