I have inherited this beauty from my 98 year old aunt. How do I repot and or make it cut it back to propagate more plants?

Oh lovely begonia! You can cut leaves and propagate in water. You can also propagate from cuttings the leaves. Have a google

  I tried putting a leaf that broke off in water and it never got a root.

  I tried the other method of cutting a few veins on underside and placing on dirt, and misting with water. Didn’t work.
