finally found a marble queen and this is what became of her while sitting on walmart shelves. my heart. but now, she is in good hands. i’m hoping the shock doesn’t kill her.

Hi! I just potted up my first propogations! Does it look like I potted them okay? This pot doesn’t have drainage, but it’s a gift and it’s currently the only spare pot I have.

I’ve had this little guy for about 8 mos now and he’s utterly unchanged since I got him. No dead leaves; but no new ones or growth either. I water and fertilize pretty close to Planta’s schedule. What can I do to “kick-start” his growth? Thanks in advance!

My dearly beloved cats knocked my manjula pothos off the sideboard. It was sizing up nicely and I'm sad this happened. That said, I did realize a month or so ago that this type of moss pole is not a good fit for this type of pothos... The pole's mesh is pretty small and the pothos's roots are pretty thick. What would y'all do? Chop & prop? Let it stay on its too-small moss pole, since it is attaching and sizing up even though it's not perfect? Throw the whole thing in the trash and cry...?? I'm open to suggestions lol

My SIL gifted me a pothos after being curious about plants and I think it’s doing ok for being my first plant

Maybe a silly question, but should I water my pothos after repotting? I gave it some chunkier soil to drain better but it always seems to be super sensitive to overwatering. When I completed the task the water prompt disappeared. I know not to fertilize yet…TIA

Hey, new pothos owner here! 🌿 I bought one about 4 months ago from Lowe’s and repotted it right away into a bigger pot with good drainage. I had it hanging in the corner of my room a couple feet from a south-facing window, but it hasn’t been doing well and keeps browning. I’ve cut some cuttings to propagate and recently moved it to my kitchen (east-facing window) to see if it helps. I usually water it when the top is dry and it’s in regular potting soil. Any advice would help so much 😭 I’m trying to save her lol

I repotted my two gorgeous Queen Marble’s Hope & Faith today. I noticed that their new leaves were coming in considerably smaller than the other leaves and they were deformed, so when I was watering them this am I realized they were completely root bound!! Took me by surprise cuz they were just repotted out of their nursery pots not long ago when I got them!! I’m hoping that after the shock ⚡️ wears off that they will be much happier in their new roomier pots and start pushing out bigger and regular leaves like before!! It’s almost like they let a sigh of relief out when I was finished!! I took them outside and put the hose on the light shower setting to water them and let them get some fresh air and now they are back in our Happy Place in new spots to accommodate their bigger pots!! 🌱✨🌱

Hi I didn’t realize this wasn’t the right thing to do so I’m looking to fix it! My pothos was draining quickly and always looking for water so I knew it was time to water repot and she was very root bound. I took her root ball apart and didn’t realize that isn’t the right thing to do. She is now in 6 vines in one big planter. Is she going to recover from this??
