Should probably put a warning label on my pictures. I share an office with 2 other people. One knows nothing about plants. I have a few I can manage to keep alive. Then my other officemate loves succulents. So, I can in today to this horror. It has been thoroughly overrated, because the one was watering it and didn't know any better. My question is can parts be saved and propagated? How can I tell which one(s) will have the best chance to survive?

When I first got my sedum there was a spot or two on the leaves but now I see that they’re more than I thought. Is my plant sick? In this picture it’s on the smaller one on the right. But there is a spot on one of the bigger ones too.

Hi so I think the soil in one of my plants is too compacted. I tried doing the finger test to see how wet/dry the soil was and it was difficult to make a hole in the soil. But my plant seems to be doing good, it’s even growing new leaves! Should I try to take out some of the soil to loosen it up or leave it be since it’s growing? I attached a photo of the growth☺️

Okay,so my ghost plant has been looking down,it’s lost a lot of its leaves (including the big limp one in the older photo)and doesn’t look like it’s growing any back, I got to know, should I let it die now or should I do my original plan(repot, grow light, water, fertilize, wait) Extra info: it gets about part sun and shares a home in a terrarium with the jade pant, and mother of thousands, which are all in a a terrarium. I’ve given all three plants more water yesterday but no fertilizer. This plant has been in its glass terrarium for almost a year. I don’t know if the slits in the steam are new leaf openings or not.

3rd year plant parent! My string of bananas is one of my favorites. She’s giving Cher vibes. Any recommendations on what I should put in my hanging disco ball planter? Thinking a spider monkey plant but it may not like the south facing window like my succulents do.

This is my variegated Jade plant. I’m wondering what I can do to make it look better and grow fuller? Any thoughts as to where I should make some cuts? Thanks!

Recently rescued these four abused babies. Anyone have ideas of what they are?

What am I doing wrong!! I bought this succulent at the store a few weeks ago and when I did it was red/pink. I brought it inside due to bad weather and ever since it’s turning green. I had it outside in the sun all day today and yesterday. The dirt isn’t wet and I don’t think it needs to be watered for a few more days. What should I do to turn it back red?

Omgggg.... This anacampseros baby is the most dramatic little succulent I have! (I don't have many 😂) The leaves went mushy on me and I lost a lot of it. I figured I over watered it and let him dry out completely and it seemed fine! From top to bottom this thing was dry! So I barely wet the top of the soil thinking I was doing some good... Nope! Mushy leaves at the bottom and they're falling off again... 😑 I'm just going to NOT water him again until he's starting to look wilted. lol He's currently under a grow light. If he doesn't make it, I know I tried! I've never been good with succulents though. My Kalanchoe plants are thriving though and getting so big! Also have some mystery succulent sprouts taking off and doing well. It's just this anacampseros plant. 😭 It has new growth at the top, I guess I just need to leave it alone! lol

I was given some very cute succulents for Mother’s Day, but don’t know what type these are - maybe Echeveria for middle one? Would appreciate any help identifying these three — thank you!

Hey guys, I need some help, my plants are mostly fine but the light in my area has been patchy, I was thinking about getting a grow light for my indoor plants but don’t know which one is good for succulents (if there even is a grow light better for succulents) I also am looking for some affordable 4-5inch terracotta pots with good drainage and a tray. Do y’all know any good sites or companies I could get these from?

Just got these about a week ago and they’ve already grown so what I wanna know is about how long do I wait to transplant it? I’m currently waiting for some succulent potting soil. That’s the reason why I haven’t repotted them already.

Hey guys! What do you think this cactus is? I vaguely remember it said Oreocereus (old man of the Andes) something when I bought it at IKEA but it has no hair. Can Oreocereus have no hair?
