Help! I just repotted this flaming katy I’ve had for years- how do I get her to grow bushier? 😭 I had to stake her because she keeps climbing (she’s developing aerial roots now too??) Would appreciate any help!

She might be searching for more light. Trying moving it closer to more sunlight or add a grow light.

Thank you, I’ll move her. Thankfully my windows are all south facing, so she’ll get plenty ☺️

Consider cutting off sections and propagating. Put the cuttings back into the pot to get fullness.

If you would like it to be bushier, pruning encourages more branching and new growth. Cut above a node and soon you see branches from the node. You can also easily propogate the stem that you pruned. It needs a lot of light (east, west or south facing window).
