I know the African Milk Tree isn’t technically a cactus, but i’m hoping to still get some help here.
I got this on sale and Greg (the website) told me low humidity and low water need. So I thought “great! maybe I can keep a cactus alive”
Now I’m overthinking. When I got him his soil was bone dry, I kept him in relatively the same soil after I checked on the roots and repotted. I think it’s some kind of seed starter mix but I’m not totally sure. He is under a grow light with moderate intensity for 12 hours a day now.
Basically what I’m asking is should I water him?? And any other tips are appreciated! I’m so paranoid when it comes to cacti and succulents because I always think they need water when I know they hold it within themselves.

Does anyone know the cause of these brown spots on the echeveria? I noticed this at Trader Joe’s last night. I’ve been wanting a black prince echeveria, and I couldn’t resist taking it home. Haha!

Some of my succulents have turned purple? Is that bad? What do I need to do to help them turn green? They’re all sitting in my windowsill. Thank you for any advice!

Hi! I just got my first plant yesterday. It’s an aloe Vera, and I know absolutely nothing about plants. It seems droopy compared to pictures I’ve seen of other aloe Veras and there a leaf (not sure if that’s the right word for an aloe Vera arm 😂) at the bottom that looks brownish. Some help and guidance would be appreciated😊 I read a grow light should be on for 14 hours a day, so that has been started today. Thank you🙏🏼

So I noticed my aloe was sticky with mealies 😩🤦♀️ so I sprayed them off with a hose like a light pressure wash, and then put DE in the top layer of soil, I know I can't use neem oil like I would normally, any other suggestions or am I good 🧐🌵💕

I've had this jade clipping for a very long time but it hasn't grown. It it kind of plump (but not really) and not very squishy so that means it's alive. It does have roots and a couple lil sprouts. Its also kind of wrinkly. Is there a way for it to grow faster and make him plumper or should I just let him chill?

I noticed these holes on my spiral cactus today—are they something to be worried about?

Why hasn’t my jade plant grown? I have watered it with the Planta app and it is placed by a window facing east with sunlight. It doesn’t seem to have grown in close to a year, but it’s still alive.

Snake plant lovers, this is my snake plant, one I dearly love! I’ve posted a picture of what I prefer her to look like, another picture of what she looks like right now, (with a tape on), and a final picture of her, showing the base of her; it shows the part of the plant which keeps falling over. Is it possible to add more dirt to the base of this plant, to make her stems stand upright, so this stem doesn’t fall over anymore?
Any suggestions will really be appreciated!
