Got this succulent from my boyfriend... I think it's a ghost but I'm not sure... can someone confirm or tell me what it is?

Hi! I'm new here. My friend gifted me mixed succulents in a TC pot. Thing is I'm awful with succulents. I've killed 2 of my son's succulents and I promised I'd never buy anymore! And Ms. Lola Echevarria (per app) needs to be watered next in 7 days; I watered them 4 days ago. It's in TC pot, but it's dry. Help! Does it need to be reported in its own pot? Or move them to a bigger pot and separating them so they are not competing? Moss? Soil? Pebbles? Too much sun? It's on the South window... I just noticed two of the stick snouts (forgot the name of the plant) that 2 tips are yellowing too... aaahh! I don't want to hurt them!! Help pls!

Told my boyfriend awhile back I wanted a ghost succulent and he went shopping today and found one and bought it for me... I swear I'm going to marry this manš«¶ only thing is I have no clue how to take care of one... so if anyone can give me some tips it would be greatly appreciated

I have a few Thanksgiving cactus that Iāve grown from cuttings. I recently noticed that one of my plants (pictured in the foreground) has become very pale. You can see my other plant in the background and the leaves are dark and healthy. Does anyone know what pale leaves indicate? In the second photo, you can clearly see how rich the green was on the tip of the leaf, and the rest is pale.
