My poor Venus Fly Trap. It was tiny to begin with. Now its down to 2 traps and kne of those just died today. I already changed the pot because I thought the other may have been too small; plastic, 3 in, with drainage. Any other suggestions on how I could save it?
Hey, new to growing plants in general but I thought I'd try growing some fly traps for my apartment. Does anyone have any helpful advice? Like do's and don'ts? Recommended equipment or just helpful advice?

My husband really wanted one of these, and I’m quite nervous about her care because she’s sooooo different from my other house plants. First pic is Sunday when I got her, second is today. So far so good…lol! She has a fair bit of roots peeking out of the bottom. Can I leave her be for a while, though?
I'm hoping someone can give the words to use when I ask for a refund. This drosera capensis arrived yesterday in the condition you see in the plastic wrap. The other pictures were taken just now, about 28 hours after planting into carnivorous soil with sphagnum on top. I sent the first pic to the seller yesterday to ask if it was alive and he sent me instructions for what to do if I forget to water it. So I asked again and he told me to send him a picture of the roots but his instructions very explicitly said NOT to remove the soil around the roots. I'm waiting for him to verify that sending him a picture of the roots won't kill my chances of getting a refund. What should I say? Obviously, this is not acceptable. Thanks for your help.
I recently bought two VFTs and starting to notice some white stuff near the roots and inner vines also some black on the traps themselves, what am I doing wrong? Or what do I need to do?

Just got my first few carnivorous plants!
Tips on caring for this sarracenia flava? New to gardening and this is my first carnivorous plant! I’ve been watering with rain water and it’s planted in 1:1 spaghum peat moss and perlite in a 6 in plastic container.
