I was given this propagation of a red Anderson and I put it in soil, and it slowly was dying. I switched it into water 3 weeks ago to grow roots, because they had all died off. There has been no new root growth. But the plant has stayed alive. Should I cut off all that brown stuff? What should I do? Any advice appreciated! Thank you!

I recently got a snake plant, but I’m not quite sure how to care for it! I currently have it under a grow light for 12 hours a day. I haven’t watered it yet, because it was soaked and sitting in water when I got it. Any advice is appreciated! Thank you! 🪴

Hey friends! My local plant shop is celebrating their birthday and I got a lot of cuttings! They had listed the names of their cuttings on line but not every one was labeled in the store: Epipremnum pinnatum albo Epipremnum pinnatum marble flame Epipremnum cebu blue Amydrium silver medium Philodendron Burle Marx variegata Philodendron painted lady Monstera Peru Can you plant smarties help me identify the plants as Planta just identifies them as Monstera or Golden Pothos. I got overwhelmed and mixed them up and not sure which is which, and I don’t understand their scientific names.

Not really about plants but more about the app and my inability to use technology. How does one change there location(my app thinks I am still in nd) and the site of a plant without having to do it all one by one.

Hello All! This is the same plant about a month apart. On the left is what it looked like right before I repotted it. The right is what it looks like now. When I repotted it there were actually 3 plants in the pot. I put them as close together as possible. Not sure why the leaves are drooping. It’s not over or under wartered. It sits right in front of the window as well. Anyone know what the problem could be? What should I do to get it straight like it was in the before pic? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hello, I was wondering if anyone could recommend a tall plant that will tolerate mostly shaded area, I’m looking for a plant for my front door area, but it doesn’t get a lot of sun

I bought this plant several months ago and ihave struggled. Its on the rink of dying if its not dead already. The label said ficus lyrata but then google search said its a calathea. I honestly don’t think it’s either but if possible would like to save. Soil is fairly wet still, seem to not like direct light. Any suggestions of what it is and how to care for it welcome. Thank you!

How do I properly chop and grow a marble queen pothos cutting?

Ms Blue

Any advice on what could be causing this? I got her on clearance due to the damage she had and the soil was very wet. I treated her for pests and switched out the soil today after having her home for about a week. I was told she is a Philodendron Imperial Red.

Just wanted to take a moment to celebrate a couple of the perfectly imperfect leaves in my collection. They may be slightly warped or have a hole or two but it’s nothing to worry about. Just nature at its finest, showing that beautiful things don’t have to be perfect. They are healthy and living and thriving and that’s all that matters 💚Same goes for all of us! What are some of your perfectly imperfect leaves/plants?
