As proud as I am that I’ve kept my red maranta alive for a couple of weeks. I’m so proud of the new leaf that’s unfurling!

Outta no where the last week this thing has gone wild in searching for light?? Idk. It’s been in the same spot all winter, I rotate it. Should I cut it off?

I love Tommy Pickles, my Kleinia stapeliiformis 'Pickle Plant'. The growing pattern is so funky. He started as a little straight up guy and then, well, let’s just say he went through a wacky and wild puberty - looking a bit like an undersea plant! Typical adolescent - he was having an identity crisis! He is currently maturing into an interesting young man, assuming the more typical hunched over and downward growth pattern I’ve seen online. I didn’t think I was going to like it because I was pretty fond of the straight up look but I was wrong! I love it!

Should I propagate my 10 year old Christmas cactus in water or soil?

I’m wanting to repot this part of my Monstera BUT I’m scared I will hurt/damage the plant. I’ve had him for a long time but when I got him I just let him do his thing. And he was everywhere. Now I want him to thrive. Except I’m not sure how to go about making that happen if I start cutting on him. Please help me if not he’s just going to stay like this because I don’t want him to die. Thank you for all you’re helping in advance. Please ignore all the junk under him. The only good thing about I’m hanging over is he kind of hides all the junk lol

Hi everyone, I have a Chinese evergreen that’s just getting too unruly in its pot. Is there any advice on how to split them (I think mine is at least 3-4 separate plants at this stage), can they be propagated? Any advice would be amazing, Thank you so much! 🪴

I am planning to propagate my Corn Plant, would you recommend water or soil propagation?

Hello everyone! I got this fern about about a year ago and it has grown fairly large. Theirs a few very long strands that hang down from my plant. It is okay to trim it? Will it stop the growth from that section completely or will it keep growing. This is my only fern so wanted to make sure it was okay to trim before doing so! Thanks for any responses!

Now that it’s growing season thought I’d share the fertilizing products I use! My fertilizing technique is to do it every time I water (minus a flush with plain water once a month) So all products are designed to be used every watering. 1. GT Foliage Focus: A synthetic balanced fertilizer. My main fertilizer. I like this product because is its easy to measure, plants seem to love it and overtime I’m able to increase the strength as my plants mature. 2. Silica Boost: I add this to my water to help prevent any variegated plants from browning. 3. WTW Grow Concentrate: I like to add this as the organic biome component to my plant water. This helps add beneficial bacteria and contribute to overall soil health. 4. WTW Enrich Powder: Powder version of the grow concentrate. I’ve been adding this since I’ve used up the concentrate. Does the same thing as the liquid product. This product goes directly in the soil so only product I don’t use every watering. 5. Marphyl Soil Enchancer: Same idea as the WTW Concentrate but it’s plankton instead of worms. I have noticed darker/richer leaves with this product. Works well, but it does smell like stinky fish water lol. I don’t use it if I’m using the WTW in my water. Happy growing! Open to any questions.

I am trying to propagate this tree. It loves water but not wet feet and sunlight, but it’s starting to grow algae. I have it in a 50%potting soil 25% orchid bark and 25% perlite. What do I do? Am I doing something wrong? Also, any tips or tricks for this Frangipani are greatly appreciated

Took my family to a local greenhouse. I just found out about recently. I could definitely get lost in there! Came home with these two beauties for our back porch.

My Bird of Paradise has more than doubled in size over the past 6-8 months. I’m wondering if I need to repot it? Grow lights above. It’s doing so well…

Alright. So the Greenhouse is standing. I love it!! It isn't perfect but we got it for free. I was dumb and didn't open the windows while setting up the foxgloves and bellflower, so now it is almost 100 degrees in there. I can't actually put them in until it cool down. If you have any suggestions of any kind let me know. We rent this house though so I can't do anything crazy. Zone 6b

Okay guys, what do I do in this situation? My cats bend a stem and I’m trying to figure out if it should be cut off or wrapped and pray it’ll be fine. I kept looking up on internet whenever to do but it kept giving me mixed answers. This is a majesty palm, first time owning a palm.
