No idea if this is allowed but I have so many cuttings/starts that I don’t have space for. Anyone live near Portland Oregon and want some babies? Would be up to trading for other plants or plants supplies

I have a Philodendron (Birkin) I’ve had her for almost three weeks. I’ve never watered her because whenever I check the soil it’s extremely wet!!! When I purchased her, she was inside a nursery pot that sat inside a pretty decorative pot!! I just repotted her last night, only because when I picked it up to check it more thoroughly, I noticed the nursery pot was cracked all the way down on the side!!!! However, she looks a little weird to me?!?!?! I’ve repotted plants before. But this one is not sitting up right!!!! Does anyone have any suggestions or can tell what I did wrong!!!!!! Thanks in advance
I’ve been keeping this buddy in my “spa”.. high humidity and grow lights. I just repotted into a hydro medium.. I’m wondering if the spa is too bright.. plants says part sun part shade. Has been acting like an alocasia.. new leaf out old one drops. Any suggestions or advice or opinions??
I was told this is a white princess, but I’m having doubts. Please help identify, I’m think a blushing philodendron but not too sure.
Anyone have experience with this fertilizer? I purchased a big old cactus last year, and the previous owner swears by it. I haven't had much luck with fertilizer in that...I just messed it up.
My first ever house plant flowered 🥹😍
Sharing one of my babies! One of my current favorites!
The new babies of the week!!! I can’t stop 😅
Look at how happy she is!! The first post is when I brought her home in April. The second two pictures are today :) In the past, I have not had much success with string of things plants so I’m very happy that string of hearts likes my house! Maybe it’s because I started out with string of pearls lol. Those things are impossible!
Does anyone know how to denote a self-watering pot?
Does anyone know how to care for red potato and sweet potato?
Morning, I see these yellow stuff on my monstera are they mold?
i am new to the plant community so bare with me 😅 but i have a epipremnum aureum that i got as a gift. i am needing to repot/fertilize it. any pointers on what type of pot and all the goodies needed I water it outside so it doesn’t drain onto the floor, so any way to help it not drain on the floor? or would a new pot help with this? again i am new so anything would help a lot!
Trying to make myself feel better about a pretty bad fungus gnat infestation I think….. so I’m comparing this seemingly non affected lady from less than 2 months ago! She’s so pretty 🤩
I’m not sure why, my watermelon pepperonis is growing new leaves that are folded under and have a pointed tip, rather than being circular.
Please tell me if these are correct as these are what I was told at the nursery… The octopus is A String of Tears The pale, green, small leaf is a string of turtles. The green and red one is a Christmas cactus and the last one she was unsure. I have looked them up on the app, but I wanna make sure that it’s right so I know how to take care of them. I, myself thought the pale, green, small leaf one was a Creeping Jenny-no? The app is telling me that the octopus one is a string of watermelons. Is that correct? I’ve never heard of that.
This is my first time keeping plants and succulents alive and I’m terrified of moving them inside for the winter and them dying. Any tips on bringing them inside? I’m thinking I want to start soon. I’m in the Midwest/Missouri area
In the process of repotting my snake plant and I found these green…beads? What are they? It came directly from Home Depot
Anyone have trouble with their spider plant becoming topheavy? This guy will flop over unless I position him just right against the wall. Wondering if it is getting leggy due to too little sunlight? Otherwise he is thriving and putting out lots of new big and healthy leaves.
Hi, I purchased this nice Jade a couple weeks ago. It’s tarting to get crusty on a couple leaf tips. My question is about the soil. It seems extremely compacted, to the point that when I touch the surface it feels like one compacted mat. I think I want new soil, maybe a succulent mix? It’s already in Terra Cotta. I’m thinking the same pot is ok for the time being. Opinions?
