SOS my cat bit my snake plant and idk what to do. I was gifted this last year and I’m really hoping there’s a way to save it without having to cut it??? What are some suggestions? EDIT: The cat is fine, he must’ve just liked the feeling of his teeth sinking into the leaf because he didn’t take a bite out of it and he hasn’t shown any signs of discomfort etc. He’s literally zooming around the apartment right now. :) Thanks all for checking in on him and the advice. Forgot to mention also that I did move the plant away from his reach as soon as I noticed.
Plant suggestions please 🙏 I’m looking for a nice indoor vine pink succulents and big tree like plants doesn’t matter how easy or hard it is to take care of them😁
Two Venus fly traps but the one on the right isn’t doing so hot. Any thoughts appreciated…

Hello all! Need a bit of help here. I bought this plant from Aldi that was on deaths door (half price don’t worry). It had broken stems, curled leaves, crispy leaves and obvious damage from some insects having a go at it. I’m wondering what I can do to get it thriving again?? I have no idea what kind of plant it is at all. Will the leaves Uncurl or should I chop it all and start it from scratch? I’m new to plants so please give me any advice it will be highly appreciated. Thanks!! :)
Should I and how do I cut the baby off a spider plant ?
What up with this snake plant? Does it need water?
I bought some really nice rather shallow terracotta pots with drainage and saucers off of amazon. What types of plants do well in terracotta? I know succulents do well in terracotta. I believe Calathea and ferns should not be in terracotta? I was thinking maybe my peperomia would do well in terracotta pots? What about palm plants?
Hi folks. I’m struggling to control this invasive weed ( I think). Obviously I’ve been digging it out but it’s finding its way into so many areas of my garden. I’ve love some advice about what it is and is there any solutions to reducing its growth etc. Much appreciated Gillian
When do I separate and repot this haworthia plant? I currently have 3 in a 3.5 inch pot, started from tiny babies. How do I know when they are large enough to separate?
Hi guys. Do you guys think this planter is too little to plant my new euphorbia lactea ghost cactus in.
Does anyone know who these eggs might belong to? Found them on the underside of a leaf on my Lantana plant outside. Thank you!
Hello all, This is my first dieffenbachia. Can someone tell me which variety? I think I narrowed it down to Camilla. Is this correct?
Hello everyone, I recently got this from Lowe's and it has 3 different plants in the pot. I was wondering if I need to separate the 3 plants or if they can stay together. The plants are croton, song of India, and a red nerve plant. Thank you for your help!
Got this lovely monstera from Target 3 days ago for $15. Any tips on caring for her or what type of monstera this is? I know you typically shouldn’t repot or do anything crazy when switching environments but I’m considering watering her (not sure when her last watering was)
What are some good indoor plants for a large pot? Thinking tall/vertical, like my monstera. I need something to compliment it in the other window.
Hi! I just got a new plant — a Cordyline (Ti plant) — and I’m keeping him indoors. He's around a grow light I have for my othet plants though I bought that one by chance to be honest. I want to get a grow light to help him thrive (not just survive), but I’m really confused by everything. I keep reading that Cordylines need around 20–30 watts, but every grow light I find on Amazon says something like “300W equivalent,” and when I look at the actual product specs, it only uses like 10 real watts. I know watts = power consumption, so do I focus more on lumens or something else like PAR? I’m placing him in a corner of my room, so I’m looking for a light that either: Has a base or stand to go over the plant, or Can stick into the soil. I’m trying to keep it under $40, since it’s only for this one plant. Any advice or specific light recommendations would really help — thank you!! 😓 (Also I don't know why the message repeated) I keep reading that Cordylines need around 20–30 watts, but every grow light I find on Amazon says something like “300W equivalent,” and when I look at the actual product specs, it only uses like 10 real watts. Hello! So I recently picked up this flamingo lily, and the gardener told me it’s gonna need some TLC, and it certainly does. Any advice based on the picture or just in general? Thanks!
